Best Super-Hero Costumes EVER!
June 28, 2006
by Alex Billington
I have seen quite a few great costumes in my life from all kinds of events, including other big movie openings (Lord of the Rings and Star Wars) and at Halloween. However, here in line at Superman Returns, some of the most detailed, good looking, and all-around "coolest" super-hero costumes I have ever seen made their stunning debut. This group showed up at around 6-7PM and made quite a scene upon their arrival. The vibrant colors in this guy's Superman costume can be seen from a mile away. You'll definitely want to see the photos!
The detail and precision put into all 3 of these costumes is just fantastic! For a while there weren't any big costume people arriving; just people wearing the typical Superman t-shirt. Then these guys showed up and wowed us all. I even heard a brief story about how the guy in the Superman outfit wore it out to dinner, too. Just some great costumes that deserve some recognition for their hardwork to put together and determination (and guts) to wear out to the theatre!

He has a green glowstick for Kryptonite!

This is not Lois Lane!
And I wanted to throw a special thanks down here to all of the fellow blogs and sites who were helping us out and providing links to our live blog coverage. We really appreciate it and were glad to have been able to capture our experience online!
