First Shrek 3 Trailer; Not Again…
December 15, 2006
by Alex Billington
I'm really not rooting for Shrek 3, stupidly titled Shrek the Third. Why, you ask? Most importantly because I'm worried, and it doesn't deserve, to take away the box office glory that Spider-Man 3 should have after its 2nd week in theaters next May. That and I'm honestly really tired of the whole series. Dreamworks is an awful studio, and they've put out terrible animated films like Flushed Away, so why is Shrek the only highlight? I don't know… Anyway, enough of my personal rambling, here is the trailer for all to enjoy (if possible):

As much as I agree with your feelings about Shrek, I know there are people who still like the series. I also know there are people who like Flushed Away. This sort of rant might be more fitting on a personal blog…not a website that is supposedly "connecting Hollywood with it's audience." Try and keep it professional.

Honestly, Flushed Away was a pleasant surprise. It shouldn't have been, but it was. It was made in part by Aardman, after all. I quite enjoyed it. As for Shrek, I just think that it's over-hyped. It's good, not the best, but certainly not the worst either.

I myself love the series. I own 2 xBox Shrek games and every movie. I personally think this is a great ending to the Shrek trilogy or series. They connected the second movie and first right into the third. Problems are occuring from the second and new things occur because of the first movie. This is a well thought fairy tale and I think it is one of the best yet. It brings all the fairy tales together into 1 HUGE story. It's a perfect theme for everyone.
