Project Greenlight Is No Longer
by Alex Billington
September 14, 2006
IESB.net posted a brief bit of information that stated that Matt Damon himself confirmed at the premiere of Project Greenlight's movie Feast at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas that Project Greenlight is indeed "dead in the water." He went on to also compliment Feast by stating it is "a pretty good note to go out on."
Ben Affleck also added that "it's a demonstration of how difficult it is to make a movie." Project Greenlight was a documentary series initially on HBO and later changed to Bravo that was started by Matt Damon, Ben Affleck and Chris Moore to find up-and-coming amateur filmmakers. In addition to Feast, Project Greenlight also released Stolen Summer and The Battle of Shaker Heights.
