Sundance 07 Day 4 Wrap-Up: The Good Life, The Nines, The Pool
January 23, 2007
by Alex Billington
As much as I love Sundance, I'm getting really tired, physically, not of the fest! Long days, 8AM movies, and then later, Midnight movies, then coming home, writing reviews, posting news, getting everything done, and trying to get a few moments of sleep. It's tough! But today I saw one of the greatest films at Sundance so far. I've compared it to being at the same level of excellence as Donnie Darko - it's just that good.
I had an interview with the great Nathan Fillion today (which will be posted soon). Besides that it was another cold yet enjoyable day. I don't have much to add - no amazing celebrity sightings or anything. Just an amazing movie - The Good Life. You can read my review linked below. Oh, and did I mention, I love Zooey Deschanel?! And stay tuned, we have some exciting interviews coming up over the next few days, including with the director and star of Teeth.
COMING SOON: Up for tomorrow is hopefully Son of Rambo, Fay Grim, and Smokin' Aces (not at Sundance).
