Martin Scorsese's Full Upcoming Slate
February 22, 2007
by Alex Billington
In just a very few short days we'll hopefully be watching Martin Scorsese take home the Oscar for Best Director on The Departed. His popularity has exploded since the success of The Departed, and he's now been tracked on to a total of 6 projects, including sequels to The Departed, a Japan-based film called Silence, and the just announced adaptation of "The Invention of Hugo Cabret". Peter Sciretta from SlashFilm.com has put together a very comprehensive look at everything Scorsese is apparently attached to. The article is worth checking out if you admire him or are just interested in what he may be putting out in theaters next - you can find it here. We'll keep you updated on any major announcements on his projects here at FS.net, too.
