Why is a 60 day wait to finally see Spider-Man 3 glorious? After you watch the latest 7 minute clip in high definition, you too will be bowing down and praising the almighty Sam Raimi and savoring every bit until we finally can see this amazing movie. I saw this entire fight scene previously at CES and have been waiting for everyone else to finally have the chance to see it, too.

I can't stress more to watch this awesome scene - it is worthy every last second of time! And you even get to see Venom (check the photo above)! It's a big fight scene between Peter and Harry and looks incredible, both as a fight and the CGI. There is also some coverage of a Q&A with Avi Arad over at CHUD - some good stuff!

Go watch the new Spider-Man 3 clip! It disappears tonight at 9PM PST!

I think I'm alone on this one, but I really disliked the fight scene in this footage. The first part was fine, kinda made me want to cry, and the end bit was interesting, but that fight just bothers me. It looked cheesy, over the top and unrealisitc, even for a super hero movie. Hopefully the rest of the movie isn't like that.

Yea, you are alone. I loved that fight scene! I tought it looked great visually, even the CGI, and was just incredibly intense. It's probably a very early on fight scene… but I don't know how you can dislike it so much?? This fight scene has only made me much, much more excited for Spider-Man 3. So much so that even after seeing 300, I know that Spider-Man 3 will beat it out and be the best movie of 2007…!!

I really don't know what it was, but I wish I never saw it now. I would have rather waited till the movie came out…but its so far away! The best movie of 2007 !! already? Surely there will be others to contend with it. What about Grindhouse (which looks amazing)…?

Haha, yea, I know I know! I haven't seen it yet either… It's just one of those feelings! There could always be something (like Grindhouse which looks amazing) that could steal the prize… but my feeling whenever I watch any of the trailers or this clip is that nothing else will matter in the world when I finally see Spider-Man 3.

For now the world is revolving around 300. I seriously can't take the wait anymore! Only 3 more days, as opposed to the 60 for Spider-Man. May is looking like a good month though, with Spider-Man, Shrek, Pirates, and even rumors that The Fountain and Pan's Labyrinth will be released on DVD. can we just skip over March and April….

Yes, oh so true! The whole summer in general is just gearing up to incredible. And I know we've got a few biggies through the rest of March and some of April (Grindhouse, Hot Fuzz, etc), it's all just waiting until Spider-Man 3, the big summer kick-off movie. But then when summer hits… hot damn. Even Comic-Con is supposed to be huge. It's just going to be one adrenaline-fueled week after another - I can't wait!!

And enjoy 300 - it's awesome!
