What Is Your Theater Doing for Spider-Man 3?
May 2, 2007
by Alex Billington

Is your local movie theater doing anything special for Spider-Man 3? There are midnight showings around the country tomorrow night, but are they going all out to throw a Spidey filled extravaganza, or are they just fulfilling the bottom-line: running the projector?
If they're not doing anything, get them thinking! Go tell their management that it would've been great to see them run a community event for all the fans. How can your theater improve your Spider-Man 3 experience? Are they already doing that for you, or can they actually make it better, even at the most minimal level? Go ahead, leave a comment, let's see what's going on across the country this weekend!

As far as I know nothing is going on, just showing the film. A friend and I are going to see it in IMAX though

The Arclight in Hollywood is running around the clock screenings. No big deal, but they're keeping their cafe open throughout and even serving breakfast at 5:30am.

I can't wait for Alex to put up the pics of what the FS.net crew has done. Apparently, it was cool enough to make the front page of our local paper and an online article. I'll let Alex link it in a seperate article, though.
