Mr. Brooks was a guilty pleasure, but I had a lot of fun seeing it and most of my co-workers dug it too. I would go see it for Costner, Hurt and YES Dane Cook because the three of them give solid performances and whenever they're on screen the movie is interesting- just don't expect much from Demi Moore.
It does go over board at times and it's easy to nit-pick, but there's still a lot to like about this film. I would definitely go and form your own opinion on this one because I wasn't expecting jack either, but the LAST thing this movie is…is boring, I was thoroughly entertained.
