June 28, 2007

by Alex Billington
From David Cronenberg, the director who brought us Scanners, Videodrome, and most recently A History of Violence, has another new film titled Eastern Promises set to hit theaters this year. Starring Naomi Watts, Viggo Mortensen, and Vincent Cassel, the film is a rather dark and twisted mystery set throughout Europe. Do your best to make sense of the story from this trailer, and definitely let us know if you think this looks like one of the better films still due out this year.
