Cruise and Redford's Lions for Lambs Trailer
June 30, 2007
by Alex Billington
Lions for Lambs is the first film from Tom Cruise's relaunched distribution company United Artists. It's a political drama of sorts and is directed by the legendary Robert Redford. It's gone one hell of a cast: Tom Cruise, Meryl Streep, Robert Redford, Michael Peña, but the trailer hasn't really sold me. I'm not sure what to make of it, so jump ahead and see for yourself what to think. Is this film going to really put United Artists back on the map?
Watch the trailer for Lions for Lambs:
Lions for Lambs is written by Matthew Michael Carnahan (who also wrote the The Kingdom this year) and directed by Robert Redford (A River Runs Through It, Quiz Show, The Horse Whisperer). It hits theaters on November 9th.

Doesn't look that great, but it is a teaser.

Oh hail yeah I'm going to see this. The topic is 'hot' and fascinating and the talent (actors) are all supremely skilled and have tons of integrity. I'll probably see it more than once in the theatre. The trailer is exactly enough 'tease'. Don't need to see the whole darn thing. cp
