First Saw IV Teaser Trailer!

Throw on another horror trailer on the plate this weekend - Saw IV! Like last year for Saw III, this doesn't show much but is literally just a "tease." However it is the very first video introduction to Saw IV besides the rather bland clip that premiered at Comic-Con. I'm still not sure whether this is going to be good, but you know what, I'll keep my expectations low and then we'll be in for one hell of a surprise!

Saw IV is directed again by Saw II and III director Darren Lynn Bousman. The film will open wide on Halloween weekend, October 26th.

I guess I'd better decide whether I'm going to see this or not and rent "Saw III" if the answer is yes. If nothing else, I'm impressed by the fact that they've been able to churn one of these out every year in time for Halloween!

Boooooooo.
I hope this one flops hard (but it won't) …so "they" will stop making sequels to films that already have gone down-hill each following sequel.
Wake up people… if we keep going to see crapy films, they will just keep making them over and over.

IDK. Iffy. Well, I'm impressed that they get one out everywhere so maybe they are still working on it but I don't know how it will go.
But did you see the 1st clip online??!?!?!? That was cool.

Didnt show me anything to get excited about.
Shouldnt there be a full trailler seeing how we are only about 2 months from the release?
Maybe they dont have anything to show.

I tried hard to watch Saw II. I really did. But I couldn't. It was just so damn bad.

I am a big fan of Saw and from the clip from Con and this short teaser I have got excited, the traps are looking really nice.

I don't know, but it seems like the cool thing these days is to bash films you've never even seen before. Listen here, douchebag, the Saw films do have a good quality to them. However, in order to see the quality, you must sit down and actually watch them with a open mind. Many will still neglect to do so though because they can't seem to pull their head far enough out of their ass to actually pay attention.

"douchebag"
Well name calling won't get you anywhere, "Anonymous".
And I have seen all three of the Saw films that have released to date. The first film was very well made…. to bad the sequels were much weaker films only made from marketing view point.
"I'm impressed by the fact that they've been able to churn one of these out every year in time for Halloween."
That's the problem. Their so worried about having a film ready to release based on the last sequels box numbers, that they forget about having an actually good story worth telling.

My apologies. That was unnecessary…
It is true that one reason a new film is made each year, is because the previous entry does so well. Saw 2 fell very short. But, I think Saw 3 came close to being as good as Saw 1. None-the-less, I doubt we'll ever see a entry as good as the original. But their all still fairly enjoyable films.

There always has been a good story worth telling in Saw though. Is it a bit cheap at times? Yes. But in the end, it beats a majority of the horror films Hollywood throws our way.

Take them for what they are… made with twists, traps and gore and nothing more, but I loved them all. They're made to take you on a ride and leave you squirming with fear and dread and thats a good enough reason for me to go see this film.
