Yep - that's the new title! MTV held its Video Music Awards tonight and Indiana Jones IV star Shia LaBeouf confirmed that the new title will officially be Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. What exactly is the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull? What's the story? Do you like it? Find out more info below and sound off with your thoughts, too!
You can watch the MTV video of his announcement here. If you're interested in reading a spoiler about the story (and the crystal skull) compliments of IESB.net, you can check it out below. Just highlight the text to read.
The crystal skulls turn out to be alien skulls, underneath a Mayan or Aztec pyramid that takes off and thus reveals itself to be a mothership of sorts.
I can't say that a title really makes me lean one way or another, but I'm sure people have something to say about this film. Either way I'm looking forward to it because of how big of an Indiana Jones fan I am. You'll be hearing plenty more news as it comes in on Indy IV.

File this under, "I'll see it regardless of the half-baked plot they come up with."

I have the same feeling about this movie as I did with Die Hard 4: Story line seemed lame when I first heard about it but saw it anyways cuz the first three were good, and the 4th turned out to be just as good if not better than it's predecessors. Defenite must see!
