First Trailer for The Water Horse

Now get this... The Water Horse is basically a fantasy version of the Loch Ness Monster's origin story, but for kids. Sounds kind of crazy, but watch the trailer and you may actually nod your head in approval. However it could be the next Eragon: a PG rated kids fantasy film that just flops (pun intended) on its face. But I won't make a judgement until I see it - so check out the trailer and let us know what you think.

The Water Horse is directed by Jay Russell, who also directed Ladder 49, and hits theaters this winter on Christmas, December 25th.
