Love Cars? Love Iron Man? Than Watch This!
I rarely go around hyping up these random small-item news stories for movies years from release that are just beginning production. But this is just one genuinely interesting video that ties in with the upcoming Iron Man. The famous stunt driver Tom Harper, who's built his own 1932 Ford for the movie (a pretty sweet one), was down at an auto shop in LA showing it off to some friends, and someone recorded some video.
Looks like one badass car. Does anyone know how it fits into the Iron Man story? Is Tony Stark a conisseur of fine automobiles?

Conissuer of fine Autos? He always had an expensive ride, but .... no, this would be more the 'enthusist' genre...

[...] The “King of the Kustomizers” aka George Barris stumbled upon the famous stunt driver Tom Harper (among others, Fast & Furious I, II & III, Waterworld and Matrix 2 & 3, ) at an auto shop in LA showing off his custom built 1936 Ford hotrod that’ll participate in the 2008 blockbuster, Iron Man. We don’t know the how’s or why’s, but Barris managed to videotape the mini interview with Harper who’s worked with him in the past. Just for the records, the Marvel comic based movie is directed by Jon Favreau and stars Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark (Iron Man). The film is scheduled to hit the big-screen on May 2, 2008.
