Overheard at WonderCon: Jolie Confirmed for Sin City 2

Oveheard from staff officials at WonderCon in San Francisco is news that Angelina Jolie is confirmed in Sin City 2 and will be appearing at Comic-Con in July for the Sin City 2 presentation. This is not 100% confirmed (just about 90%), but was overheard and is likely to be true given the speculations and discussions and the recent news that they are going to begin filming near the start of the summer. Stay tuned for more!

The discussion I overheard was in regards to Jolie (doing interviews or schedulng), and the only connection these guys have is Comic-Con. Meaning that she would be attending Comic-Con, and the only film that she is in that would connect to that would be Sin City 2. Which will begin filming before the summer anyway.

Here say does not quite cut it. You're the only site saying this while other sites at wondercom has not heard anything about this. I'm not saying that its not true but i would wait for official confirmation before i say that Angelina is in.

I know, the news is basically an overheard rumor, and we're looking for an official statement. It's just something I myself, alone, heard, and no sites are reporting it because only I overheard it. Take it as you will... Whenever the news breaks later on you can look back and remember the first site who brought you the details.

Take it as you will," No offense but this does not sound very assuring of Angelina Jolie's involvement with Sin City 2. If its true then god bless you but this does not sound like real news.

I find it interesting that people are being so critical. If it was another site reporting things the same way Alex did, it seems that people would take it more seriously. Alex said that it wasn't completely confirmed and he's trying to get official word. I think the logical leaps make sense (what else is she going to Comic-Con for? Wonder Woman?). If you just don't like rumor stories and only want confirmed ones, then I can understand your skepticism and I apologize for the whole accusation. Still, if this is true, it's a pretty major story to break.

I find it hard to believe that out of all the sites that went to wondercom that this was the only site that said that they heard that Angelina Jolie is confirmed for Sin City 2 while Frank Miller himself can't confirmed Jolie's involvement with the film in new interviews.
