Tina Fey and Amy Poehler's Baby Mama Trailer
January 16, 2008

Baby Mama is the newest comedy from Austin Powers 2 and Austin Powers 3 writer Michael McCullers. I'm not going to hide the fact that I have a huge crush on Tina Fey, despite that she's 37 years old, and that's all I need to say about Baby Mama. This movie really seems like an older, stupider SNL-sketch rip off of Juno, but told in reverse. Tina Fey plays Kate, a woman who wants, but can't have, a baby, and thus looks for someone to have a baby for her. The result is the careless and immature Angie, played by SNL's Amy Poehler. From there, all sorts of mayhem and stupidity ensues.

Baby Mama is both written and directed by Michael McCullers (writer on SNL, Undercover Brother, Austin Powers 2, Austin Powers 3) as his directorial debut. The movie arrives in theaters on April 25th this year.

The trailer just didn't get any laughs from me. She wrote Mean Girls, maybe she should write her own material, she seems to do really well with that. - Also, despite the fact that she's 37? Huh? Hot is hot, period. There are plenty of attractive (older) women out there, despite their ages, of course.
