FirstShowing.net Presents: Indiana Jones Week!
May 19, 2008
by Alex Billington
With the release of the highly anticipated Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull this coming Thursday, May 22nd, we're officially kicking off Indiana Jones Week on FS.net today! For the next five days, we will be featuring extra posts dedicated to all things Indiana Jones, from retrospectives to contests to editorials to featurettes on the new Kingdom of the Crystal Skull and plenty more. If you're real Indiana Jones fan at heart, we're certain you're head is already buzzing with Indiana Jones hype, so we hope we can become your primary destination for all things Indiana Jones over the next few days.
Stay tuned throughout the week for numerous posts related to Indiana Jones and his adventures around the world! As a quick preface, I grew up with Indiana Jones as my hero. Not that I ever wanted to be an archaeologist, but when it comes to cinematic heroes, Indiana Jones is hard to top in my book. What better way to capture my own anticipation as well as everyone else's excitement than featuring Indiana Jones for a full week! We of course will be providing the regular amount of content anyway, but bringing you an extra supply of Indiana Jones-related articles. We hope you enjoy!

I had the same idea (the Indy retrospect).
No overnight ticket-buyers this time though, eh?

I can't wait. I have my midnight tickets. Raiders was the film that inspired me to write screenplays. Temple of Doom made me want to write sequels…LOL. I can't wait. My wife is tired of hearing me talk about it.
