FS.net Presents Bob Stencil at Comic-Con 2008!
July 8, 2008
by Alex Billington
We are proud to officially announce today that comedian Bob $tencil will be exclusively featured here on FirstShowing.net during the San Diego Comic-Con this July! Ever since I first saw Bob $tencil heckle Samuel L. Jackson at the Snakes on a Plane panel two years ago, I've been a huge fan of the guy. He's a hilarious character that knows how to make audiences laugh with his brilliantly pretentious comedy. I'm incredibly excited to announce this partnership with Bob $tencil as we have already been planning exciting Comic-Con coverage this year. In addition to his annual Comic-Con video, Bob $tencil will be posting daily blogs, video updates, celebrity interviews, and much more straight from the showfloor all weekend long. A brief introduction and recap from previous years follows below.
The official event website for Bob $tencil is located at firstshowing.net/bobstencil. Bookmark the page now and always look there first for the latest updates. His videos from Comic-Con 2008 will be exclusively found only on FS.net during the convention. If you're unfamiliar with Bob $tencil and his moustache, he's made a quick Comic-Con announcement video that we suggest you check out below.
Send this video to your friends on YouTube!
Bob $tencil has been covering Comic-Con since 2005, challenging celebrities with tough personal questions and making fun of geeks all weekend long. You can see his past videos on his official YouTube page here: youtube.com/bobstencil. I would highly suggest you check out his video from 2007, titled Bob Stencil Does Comic Con Harder 2007. It's one of my favorite videos and that Han Solo line is an instant classic. Who exactly is Bob $tencil? Not only can you find out more on our own Bob $tencil page, but he also has his own MySpace with some extra information. Already laughing your ass off? We thought so!
As we lead up to the San Diego Comic-Con starting on July 23rd, make sure to check back for more updates and videos from Bob $tencil in the coming weeks. Don't forget to check out his past videos and bookmark the new Bob $tencil page: firstshowing.net/bobstencil. See you in San Diego!

Why doesn't he just finish off by saying, "You stay classy, San Diego."

Anybody who dares to compare The Stencil to that no-talent hack who pretends to be an anchorman in that SoCal misogyny flick is a total douche-bag.
Bob Stencil is the $#@!ing epitome of classy, you twat.
