Jeff Bridges' Fascinating Photo Diary - Making Iron Man

If you love great black and white photography, Iron Man, or making of diaries (or all of the above), then you need to check this out. Jeff Bridges, who played the villain Obadiah Stane in Iron Man earlier this year, put together a photo diary titled "Making Iron Man" that is comprised of an amazing selection of behind-the-scenes photos that he personally shot. The diary is a fascinatingly intimate look into the making of the movie in a way only Jeff Bridges could show us. If you loved Iron Man (and who didn't?), then you'll enjoy going through this as much as I did. Be sure to spend some time and go through this today!
"As I said, we were all lucky to have Jon as our director. His skill as a writer/improvisor was welcomed, indeed. While the story of Iron Man was pretty much in place, the actual scenes often had to be written on the day we shot them. Once the panic subsided, it was kind of run, really — sort of like making a multi-million dollar student film. After all was said and done, I think we came up with some good stuff."
I'm only going to feature one photo because I don't want to ruin the experience. I highly suggest you head over to his site and read through the complete diary one page at a time. It's incredibly intimate, shot beautifully, and an experience of its own to see the making of Iron Man through the eyes of Bridges. I wish more actors and filmmakers would do this kind of thing more often. I would spend some good money to buy this diary printed and turned into a coffee table book. I'm a sucker for those kinds of books and like the Quantum of Solace one, this little diary was remarkably captivating to go through. Unfortunately Jeff Bridges won't be back for Iron Man 2, but I hope he is doing something like this for Tr2n!

Bridges does a photo diary for every film he works on, or at least all of his most recent films. He then gives a copy to the cast and crew.
So, Alex, if you want one I suggest you start padding your resume. lol.
