Exclusive: Brand New Quantum of Solace Teaser Poster

This may not be any new imagery, since we've seen it in the trailer before, but Sony has officially released a new teaser poster for Quantum of Solace that you'll find on the wall in your local theater this weekend when you go see The Dark Knight. I love the progression of these posters, from just the shadow, now to the full image of Daniel Craig standing with his gun, poised for battle. I'm not fully a fan of these grittier new Bonds with Craig, at least in comparison to the classic Bonds, but these posters continue to kick ass. If you haven't seen it, definitely go check out the teaser trailer (again). I'm certain you'll be pumped up by the end of it. And of course check out this brand new poster as well.

This photo is a little low res, but we're working on getting a higher res version for you soon enough. And if you want to watch this whole thing progress, you can see Craig walk up in the trailer - although I think we've mentioned that enough. How many are excited for James Bond's return this November?

Quantum of Solace

Quantum of Solace is directed by Marc Forster, of Monster's Ball, Finding Neverland, Stranger Than Fiction, and The Kite Runner previously. The screenplay was penned by both Robert Wade (Die Another Day, Johnny English, Casino Royale) and Paul Haggis (Crash, Million Dollar Baby, Flags of Our Fathers, Casino Royale). This is the 22nd Bond film in the series that first began back in 1962 with Dr. No. Sony Pictures will be releasing Quantum of Solace in theaters on November 14th this year.

Alex, when I first saw this post this morning I thought it was a completely different poster. Posted two days ago, over at BondMovies.com, while it may not be an official poster, there is a completely awesome piece of artwork that is reminiscent of classic posters, such as From Russia With Love. Bond artist Jeff Marshall puts his own spin on Craig as Bond. Kevjohn ..now it is another better resolution ..if you saw the first one it was so bad ... and there was a white paint on the ground too .... and believe me I am not that negative now I can call it poster even I think all the problem is from the background color that make the lighting on bond a bit weird specially on his skin ...

I loved Casino Royale. Absolutely loved it, especially considering how lackluster the Pierce Brosnan ones were. I'm very excited for this new installment.

Even after this switch ya did, movie posters always look wayyyy too photoshopped. I guess its more obvious though when dealing with people in real-time locations/scenarios. doesn't change my excitement for the film though.

well...thats a good work but if they claim this picture to be a clip from the trailer than where are those cool sun glasses that bond wears in the trailer???? makes me wonder if this is any real picture!

The Casino Royale teaser had everything the Bond girls, Villian,Aston Martin & including Daniel Craig (007). But the poster should have the Bond girls,Villlians & the Aston Martin DBS.
