I hated this teaser trailer. They could've atleast shown a tiny clip, or atleast made it more interesting. I cant wait for the movie itself though, that's gonna be ballin'

Big mistake not to put the title in the trailer somewhere. I went to a Friday night showing over 'Clover' with a much younger crowd there and almost everyone had no clue what it was.

ah it'll appeal to the older crowd anyways. it'll be an homage to the ones that came before it. can't wait 😉

If you can't recognize that music or the name of the ship or that logo, you probably don't know/care about the movie anyway.

Yeah if you don't get goosebumps watching that, you don't deserve to see it. I loved this trailer.

Who did the voice-over? Leonard Nimoy, duuuuh 😉 I'm one of the old farts who watched Star Trek as a kid when it was new - and awesome - in the '60s. hopefully, this episode won't suck like the last, I dunno, 10?

The old school transporter sound effect over the insignia footage was a nice touch.

It's Star Trek For Petes sake!!!! And How can WE go wrong with Abrams! We needed to see the academy and THE BEGINING of the original crew. Perfect.
