Like Fast Cars and Hot Women? See Fast and Furious This Weekend
March 29, 2009
by Alex Billington
Re-tooled. Re-built. Re-charged. And in theaters this weekend. As our final reminder that Fast & Furious hits theaters everywhere in five more days, I've posted this last exciting TV spot featuring the energetic song "We Are Rockstars" by Does It Offend You, Yeah?. Hopefully this should sell a couple of you, because if you're looking for a good popcorn flick to enjoy this weekend before the summer movie season kicks off, this is it. I've actually seen Fast & Furious, and although I'm not a fan of this franchise, I have to admit that even I had a good time, although the dialogue was awful. Give this a shot and see it in theaters Friday.
Watch the final TV spot for Fast and Furious:
When a crime brings them back to LA, fugitive ex-con Dom Toretto reignites his feud with agent Brian O'Connor. But as they are forced to confront a shared enemy, Dom and Brian must give in to an uncertain new trust if they hope to outmaneuver him. And from convoy heists to tunnel crawls across borders, two men will find the best way to get revenge: push the limits of what's possible behind the wheel.
Fast & Furious is directed by up-and-coming Taiwanese filmmaker Justin Lin, of Better Luck Tomorrow, Annapolis, and of course, The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift. The screenplay was written by Chris Morgan, of Cellular, Tokyo Drift, and Wanted. Fast and Furious races into theaters on April 3rd.

#1. Yes this film is going to make you an April's fool. Like every other Fast and the Furious movies that came out, this is going to be absolute crap. Bring on Talladega Nights 2. Oh please yes make that so!

I'm gonna see this movie. I'm a big fan of classic American muscle cars, especially the 68' charger… and there just happens to be one in this movie. Beautiful cars and beautiful girls, that's worth killing an hour and a half for.
Don't go expecting a cinematic masterpiece. Pre-game with a few beers in the car with your friends and enjoy the flick.

you got the artist and the name of the song the wrong way around, the song title is we are rockstars

Just a moot point, the band is actually called "Does it Offend You, Yeah?" and the song is "We Are Rockstars" if anyone is interested!
That aside, it looks like another slightly mindless but enjoyable Fast and the Furious film.

I'm gonna miss because every Fast and Furious has pretty much sucked. Yeah the cars are cool, Tokyo Drift was barely passable for a kids movie in my opinion. Glad to see I'm not the only one who thinks they're all pretty much crap. But you know it's gonna bank anyways. because every in crowd mindless follower is gonna go see it, just to say they did and be cool to hopefully sleep with captain of the cheerleading squad.

Horrid!!! I protested the second and gave up n the third which was respectfully better than the second, although they had no where to go up. I have no doubt that this should have been the second movie and will be as good as the first (if that means anything) but still…it's an insult to racers, got more cops on the streets bugging every suspicious person in a "fast" car, and that's what I hate most.

After seeing the action packed thriller movie "Fast & Furious", I have realized that its great to be passionate about your hobbies (like driving one of the fastest sports cars) but not at the cost of your own or your friends' or relatives' lives or well being. Any sense of achievement gets diluted if you or someone you know gets injured in an accident as a result of this adrenaline pumping sports event. new york city accident attorney
