Second Full Trailer for Butler and Heigl's The Ugly Truth

Sony has debuted the second trailer for their big summer romantic comedy The Ugly Truth starring Gerard Butler and Katherine Heigl. We actually debuted the first trailer last November, when it was slated to be in theaters next week, so I'm sure this trailer is a response to the release date shift and a way of reminding people to hang on until July. I'm going to make a confession - I'm actually really excited for this. Something about the dynamic between Butler and Heigl just seems hilarious. I'm looking forward to it, even though it's pretty much a standard rom-com. Anyone want to bet these two get together in the end?

A romantically challenged morning show producer is reluctantly embroiled in a series of outrageous tests by her chauvinistic correspondent to prove his theories on relationships and help her find love.
The Ugly Truth is directed by Australian filmmaker Robert Luketic, of Legally Blonde, Monster-in-Law, and 21 most recently. The story was developed by newcomer Nicole Eastman and the screenplay was written by Eastman and writing duo Karen McCullah Lutz and Kirsten Smith (Legally Blonde, She's the Man, The House Bunny). Sony will premiere The Ugly Truth in theaters everywhere on July 24th.

How long until after this movie hits theaters before Heigl gives an interview trashing Butler and the producers for weak material and limiting gender stereotypes?

This opens the week after Harry Potter and the week before Apatow's Funny People. This is screwed. It should have kept its initial release date.

looks better than how to alienate and the he's just not that into you… Katherine heigl actually has good comic timing and i ahd almost given up on gerald butler in the rom-com genre after the failed P.S. I love you debacle.
but this has potential to be a good entertaining outing…
