Zombieland Invades Hollywood, Leaves Behind Destruction

What would it look like if an army of zombies invaded and destroyed Hollywood? Director Ruben Fleischer has just put up two photos (on his official website) from the last day of shooting on Zombieland. "We finished up today with some serious LA landmarks - Grauman's Chinese Theater, Beverly Drive, and the 4th Street Bridge… From here there is a long summer of editing before me, which is daunting, but exciting, because I know the material we have is so strong." You've probably heard a few tidbits about the movie, which shot in Georgia for the last few months, but this is somewhat of our first real look at anything.

Zombieland stars Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson, Emma Stone, Amber Heard, and Abigail Breslin. "Columbus (Eisenberg) has made a habit of running from what scares him. Tallahassee (Harrelson) doesn't have fears. If he did, he'd kick their ever-living ass. In a world overrun by zombies, these two are perfectly evolved survivors. But now, they're about to stare down the most terrifying prospect of all: each other." I've heard that most of the film eventually takes place at an amusement park, hence the name. It's pretty much another zombie invasion movie, but from what I've heard so far (and these photos), it looks pretty good.

hell yes! i've been hoping for a zombie movie, and i can't wait to see it. it has…abigail breslin? from little miss sunshine? (which by the way, is my 2nd favorite flick.) huh. odd. i can't picture her in a zombie film. but i just bought "the zombie diaries" yesterday and it was probably one of the worst movies i've ever seen. how can it dare call itself a Zombie movie. i'm digusted. the british have let me down. except with "shaun of the dead" and "how to be". which i didnt just watch becuase of Robert Pattinson. i thought it was awesome. and his sexiness was just there to keep me in my seat. ha! but woo! Zombie Movie!
