High Res Transformers 2 Robots Concept Art Photos
Last week we posted the full list of robots that we set to appear in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, now we get a good look at them! Thanks to this Flickr account, an awesome batch of concept art photos from Transformers 2 have hit featuring super high quality first looks at Skids and Mudflap, Sideswipe, Ravage, Devastator, and of course, Megatron. A batch of these same kind of photos were officially released for Transformers back in 2007, so it's exciting to finally get a good look at all the newest robots this time. And guess what, Megatron is back, hell yes! I can't wait for the summer to kick off!

Must Watch: Second Fantastic Trailer for Public Enemies!
It was only a month ago that we debuted the first trailer for Michael Mann's Public Enemies starring Johnny Depp and Christian Bale. However, today we finally have the second trailer, which is a vast improvement over that first one, especially in terms of the visuals. The only problem is that because it comes from MSN, it's a bit low quality, but I think you'll manage to look past that, for the time being. This new trailer is lot less shiny, and a lot more grimy, and a lot more thrilling, which is exactly what I'm looking for with Public Enemies. I wasn't completely sold last time, but this trailer makes it looks just fantastic.

Writers Play Coy on Early Venom Spin-Off Details - Updated!
This isn't much of an update on the highly anticipated Venom spin-off, which was spurred by Spidey's dark nemesis appearing in Spider-Man 3; but being that I got to spend some time with screenwriters Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick during a recent visit to the set of Sony's Zombieland, which they wrote, the topic was assured to come up. If you recall, word got out last July that the pair, who have been friends since high school, were signed on to script the Venom film. When asked about the project, both had the dissatisfying yet expected response: "We can't really talk about it. It's super secret. We're under strict orders."

Check This Out: Peter Nelson's James Bond Museum!
Everyone knows I'm a huge James Bond fan (we had a whole week dedicated to the spy last year) and more often than not I'll feature Bond-related stories just because they have to do with my favorite on-screen hero. A few days ago Wired ran an article on the newly opened James Bond Museum in Keswick, England. I instantly knew I needed to feature this and after some further research, I've determined that this place truly is spectacular. Peter Nelson, a life-long Bond fan, has been collecting Bond memorabilia for 20 years. He has 28 cars, the golden gun and hundreds of other props, and 42-ton Russian tank from GoldenEye.

The Weekly Moviegoer - Cloudy with a Change of Gimmick
Nevermind that Sony's upcoming animated film Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs (watch the trailer if you haven't yet) bears little resemblance to its beloved source material - Judi Barrett's children's book. Considering my attitude towards the redundancy of adapted films like Frank Miller's Sin City and Zack Snyder's Watchmen, I can't rightly complain that the plot of this adaptation is not exactly as Judi Barrett wrote it nor that it doesn't look anything like Ron Barrett's illustrations. What I can rightly complain about, however, is that the movie will not be presented appropriately in Smell-O-Vision like it should be.

The Best or The Worst Terminator Salvation Poster Yet?
Every last poster we've seen for Terminator Salvation up to this point has been pretty awesome. There even was that motion poster where the explosions turned into the face of a Terminator. But then this hits. Well, it comes from a Russian website called Kinopoisk, so its probably not designed by the same people who made all those other posters. I'd like to say the idea is pretty cool, somewhat of a "face-to-face" between Christian Bale and Sam Worthington. The problem is that it looks terrible and the split faces don't really work well. I don't know, maybe it really is a brilliant design and I just can't see it. What do you think?

Must Watch: Trailer for Foreign Language Oscar Winner Departures
Do you remember during the Oscars, when a Japanese film called Departures won for Best Foreign Language Film, taking the Oscar right out of the hands of Waltz With Bashir? Well we finally have the trailer for Departures, and it looks pretty good. Although I personally would have given the Oscar to The Class, I definitely want to see this and I expect it to be as wonderful as this trailer makes it out to be. Departures is a drama about a devoted cellist who finds himself without a job when his orchestra is dissolved. It looks emotional, amusing, charming, everything a great Oscar winner should be.

Semi-Pro's Kent Alterman Directing Treehouse Gang Next
Did you enjoy Semi-Pro last year? Good, neither did we. Director Kent Alterman has lined up his next project called Treehouse Gang which he will develop for Warner Brothers and Heyday Films. Described it as a grown-up version of The Goonies, Treehouse Gang is about a group of six childhood friends who get together in their late twenties for a treasure hunt that echoes the hunts of their youth, in the process exploring longtime friendships and grudges. Anyone else think this sounds a lot like Jonah Hill and Max Winkler's Adventurer's Handbook spec script that was sold to Universal for seven-figures late last year?

David O. Russell Helming 'Aaron and Sarah' for Fox 2000
It looks like David O. Russell is finally ready to move on from the doomed project Nailed to another romantic comedy. Russell has signed on to direct the project Aaron and Sarah for Fox 2000. The story centers on a nerdy guy and a popular girl who meet as freshmen and, over four years of high school, four proms and one funeral, become friends and eventually fall in love. Husband and wife team Chad Gomez Creasey and Dara Resnik Creasey, of Sydney White and a few episodes of "Pushing Daisies", wrote the screenplay. Milk producers Dan Jinks and Bruce Cohen have come on board to produce the film.

Ralph Fiennes Joins Clash of the Titans Remake as Hades
Ah yes, Voldemort will finally take on the Gods! Variety has announced that Ralph Fiennes is in negotiations to star as Hades, the lord of the underworld, in Louis Leterrier's Clash of the Titans remake. This is just further proof that this reboot is a far departure from the 1981 original, with a completely revised story, since Hades wasn't in that version. Sam Worthington will star as Perseus, Gemma Arterton as his love interest Io, as well as Mads Mikkelsen as Draco and Alexa Davalos as Andromeda. Liam Neeson had been set to play Zeus, but his involvement is uncertain following the death of wife Natasha Richardson.

Must Watch: Teaser Trailer for Mike Judge's Extract!
Comedy mastermind Mike Judge is back with his fourth feature film, Extract, starring Jason Bateman, Ben Affleck, Kristen Wiig, and Mila Kunis. Miramax has finally debuted the first teaser trailer today on Cinematical and its quite a doozey. There's the typical Mike Judge phyiscal humor, pot smoking, a sexually frustrated Jason Bateman, and Ben Affleck looking like a crazed bum (see above photo) as well as J.K. Simmons. Seriously, this looks great, and I'm not sure I can say if it'll live up to Office Space, but it looks like it has a chance. I think Bateman and Affleck pairing up like this great, and I can't wait to see more.

Trippy Freakin' Poster for Ang Lee's Taking Woodstock
Freakin' rad! Not only is this poster so insanely perfect for the movie that it's not even funny, but it was debuted over at Rolling Stone, the perfect place to debut anything related to Taking Woodstock, the new Ang Lee movie. We debuted the trailer a few weeks ago courtesy of "Important Things with Demetri Martin," although it was a bit too wild for my tastes. However, this poster is pretty frickin' awesome, and although I'm not a child of the '60s nor did I attend Woodstock, I'm digging it. I'm sure my parents will be begging me for one of these soon, too. Be sure to check this out and head over to Rolling Stone for more.
