ET Premieres New Inglourious Basterds Trailer Footage
I really don't like Entertainment Tonight. But sometimes they get good exclusives. And this is one of them. In anticipation of an upcoming new trailer, ET has debuted some footage (not the full trailer) from Quentin Tarantino's Inglourious Basterds. If you want to stay completely fresh when this actually debuts, then don't watch, as I'm sure it'll be out next week. But otherwise, this is definitely pretty cool. In the first teaser trailer they never showed us any of Christoph Waltz as the Nazi Col. Hans Landa, but now he's in this. And after Cannes, I'd argue that he's now a top contender for the Best Supporting Actor Oscar. Anyway, enjoy!

Check This Out: Michael Cera's Youth in Revolt Poster
What the heck is up with this? A hand-painted Michael Cera poster? Are we sure this isn't a fan creation? Cinematical has debuted the first official poster for Youth in Revolt, the upcoming comedy from The Weinstein Company / Lionsgate. The movie is coming-of-age story about an "ultra-angsty" teen named Nick Twisp (played by Michael Cera) who does everything he can in order to win the heart of (and lose his virginity to) his dream girl Sheeni Saunders. This poster, which arrives on the same weekend as Year One, is really just painful to look at. But maybe that's because I'm tired of Cera playing Cera and nothing more.

Worth Watching - June 20: B-Boy Doc 'Turn It Loose' Trailer
We've seen plenty of breakdancing and b-boys in movies and even a few b-boy documentaries before (like Planet B-Boy and Inside the Circle), but we haven't ever seen anything like this. Turn It Loose is a new documentary about the world’s greatest breakdancing b-boys. It follows six international b-boys as they compete at an old power station in the heart of South Africa. As the director explains: "I tried to make it really about what’s going on right now, make it as it is today around the world, and leave the preconceptions that people have about breakdancing out of the film." This looks like it could be great, so give it a shot!

Producer Joe Gatta Updates Rodriguez' Red Sonja Movie
"She's beautiful and sexy, and she kicks ass!" That's one way you could describe Red Sonja. I remember back to last year's Comic-Con - Robert Rodriguez and his girlfriend Rose McGowan showed up to talk about their new Red Sonja project. Now its been nearly a year and we haven't heard anything. Well, except that the Conan movie is moving forward with Marcus Nispel at the helm, instead. So what about Red Sonja? Well, over at Empire (via Coventry Telegraph) they finally caught up with executive producer Joe Gatta who has been the central voice for all things Robert E. Howard who said that its been delayed until at least 2010.

New District 9 Viral Updates: Memos, Videos, and LA Times
Sadly I was told that the new District 9 trailer that was supposed to hit this week was delayed. It'll be out sometime in July, or so I hear, but until then, we've got some minor updates on the viral that should keep a few of you occupied. Everyone who has been closely following this viral already knows of D-9.com. If you've seen any of the bus stop ads or posters, you've also seen that URL. That site actually launched last year at Comic-Con and hasn't changed, however, there are finally a few updates. First, there's a memo, and second, there is a new video. Exciting right?! But that's not all. There are a few more cool D9 viral updates.

Does This Final New G.I. Joe Trailer Convince You to See It?
Yet another trailer for G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra has hit. I don't completely think this was a final attempt to build buzz and get everyone to forget about the Stephen Sommers rumors, but rather just another trailer that might show in front of Transformers 2 next week as their very last in-theater push. Unfortunately, it's not an improvement at all. In fact, they've added more of the comedic, cheesy scenes that make me want to see this even less. Transformers can pull off a few of these cheesy scenes, and I know G.I. Joe should be able to, as well, but I'm just not digging it. Though I do really want to hear what everyone else thinks of this!

Latest Updates from David S. Goyer on The Invisible Man
The last time we heard from writer/director David S. Goyer about his upcoming project The Invisible Man was late last year, as he was starting to tour around for The Unborn. Since that hit in January, to rather dismal reviews, Goyer has remained somewhat out of the public spotlight. ShockTillYouDrop finally caught up with Goyer today in the offices for his upcoming TV show Flash Forward and got a small, bit positive update, on The Invisible Man. Yep, this is that remake, or rather re-adaptation, of H.G. Wells' classic story about, well, an invisible man. "I've since finished a draft and I'm in the midst of revisions."

Sly Stallone's The Expendables Could End Up Being PG-13?
We've already had at least one big battle this year about a movie's rating (as in, Terminator Salvation). I don't want to start another one, but this is an interesting discussion worth having, especially in relation to a movie I'm excited to see. A few websites were recently on the set of Sylvester Stallone's The Expendables (including AICN) and as part of the visit, they got to talk with producer Avi Lerner. Lerner, who gave UGO these quotes, not only talked about Rambo 5 and that it might eventually happen, but that The Expendables would be testing for both PG-13 and R ratings and the studio would then decide once the reports came in.

Rumor: Uh Oh, Warner Brothers to Revive Teen Wolf?!
The rumor mill is a'spinnin' at full tilt today and we've got a hairy bit of speculation for you. The guys over at Moviehole are reporting that a remake/reboot of the 1985 classic (is it even a classic?) Teen Wolf is in early development. Yes, the story of the high schooler who makes friends and learns how to slam like Kobe after he discovers he's a werewolf (just like his father!) but ends up learning just who his friends really are is soon to be coming to theaters (again). Take note, though. By early development, they mean very, very early. Warner Bros. is currently shopping for a writer, but the studio isn't yet sure "which way [they want] to go."

Must Watch: Official Red Band World's Greatest Dad Trailer
Magnolia has finally debuted the first trailer for Bobcat Goldthwait's World's Greatest Dad starring Robin Williams. This isn't a cheerful family comedy, no, this is a very dark, very disturbing indie comedy, so disturbing that the first (and probably only) trailer is a red band one - you've been warned! If it doesn't seem like they're getting into the story much, that's because they aren't, this trailer, remarkably, doesn't spoil the very big reveal. With that said, World's Greatest Dad really is one of this year's best dark comedies, and this reminds me why it was so great. Plus, there's nothing like watching Robin Williams say "f**k!"

So Will Roland Kickinger Be Marcus Nispel's Conan or Not?
Here's an interesting story. Way back when, before anyone had even seen Terminator Salvation yet, news hit that an Austrian bodybuilder named Roland Kickinger had been cast to play the T-800 instead of Arnold Schwarzenegger. As we later found out, he was cast for his body, not his face. But now numerous sites are reporting that Kickinger has been cast in Lionsgate's Conan reboot that Marcus Nispel will direct. One of those sites is the Risky Biz Blog, run by the Hollywood Reporter's Steven Zeitchik, and they usually run only officially confirmed news. However, El Mayimbe on Latino Review is claiming this is all bullshit.

Two New Stylish Character Posters for Sherlock Holmes
So you've seen the trailer, now see the new posters as well! Er, that doesn't exactly work as well this time, but these are still badass! Empire has debuted two new official posters for Guy Ritchie's Sherlock Holmes starring Robert Downey Jr. and Jude Law. These are a vastly different design than the moody, dark poster first revealed at ShoWest. In fact, I think this design is great, it's sleek, it's bright, and I love Downey Jr's hair the most - it's frickin' wild! I have a feeling that Sherlock Holmes is going to be the big hit of the holiday season (besides Avatar of course), plus, the trailer looked a lot better than I was expecting. Enjoy these!
