First Poster for Lone Scherfig's Sundance Hit 'An Education'

I am completely and thoroughly in love Carey Mulligan, I admit it! Movie City News has just debuted the official poster for An Education, the Sundance hit starring Carey Mulligan and Peter Sarsgaard, who are also seen on the poster. This is going to be gaining a lot of buzz very soon, as I'm already predicting that Mulligan will win the Best Actress Oscar next year (or at least I think she deserves it). Not only is this just a great film that you should be sure to see when it hits theaters, but I just love this poster. It's simple and yet elegant and features the amazingly beautiful 24-year-old Carey Mulligan - what more do you need? Enjoy!
I'm hoping this means we'll get to see a trailer soon - as you need to see for yourself why she's so amazing!
A coming-of-age story about a teenage girl in 1960s suburban London, which sits on the cusp of the free-spirited decade to come, and how her life changes with the arrival of a playboy twice her age.
An Education is directed by Danish filmmaker Lone Scherfig, of The Birthday Trip, On Our Own, Wilbur Wants to Kill Himself, and Just Like Home previously. The screenplay was written by British author Nick Hornby, of only Fever Pitch previously as well as the novels that About a Boy and High Fidelity were based on. This first premiered at the Sundance Film Festival earlier this year where it won the Audience Award and Cinematography Award. Sony Pictures Classics is bringing An Education to theaters on October 9th.

I have heard a bit about this movie and it does look rather good and for me Carey Mulligan is an amazing actress and will always be Sally Sparrow to me from Doctor Who!

how come you never have links off the stars names of the film. You have links for the director and the author. What gives? Like it would take so much more time to link them too! If they are not linked most people will not look them up. Come on step it up.
