Must Watch: Jared Hess' Gentlemen Broncos Official Trailer

Fox Searchlight has debuted the official trailer for Napoleon Dynamite director Jared Hess' latest film Gentlemen Broncos on Apple today. Yesterday we revealed the poster (and all of the crazy characters on it), now you can find out what this is all about. Gentlemen Broncos stars "Flight of the Conchords" member Jemaine Clement as well as Michael Angarano, Jennifer Coolidge, Mike White, and even Sam Rockwell. I personally think this looks hilarious, but that's because I'm a big Napoleon Dynamite fan, and it looks like Jared Hess has made another film in that same vein, but with zany fantasy elements and so much more.

Benjamin, home-schooled by his eccentric mother, is a loveable loner whose passion for writing leads him on an offbeat and hilarious journey as his story gets ripped off by the legendary novelist Ronald Chevalier and then is adapted into a disastrous movie by the small town's most prolific homespun filmmaker.
Gentlemen Broncos is directed by filmmaker Jared Hess, of both Napoleon Dynamite and Nacho Libre previously. The screenplay was co-written by Jared and his wife Jerusha Hess. Fox Searchlight is bringing Gentlemen Broncos to theaters starting on October 30th after its premiere at Fantastic Fest in Austin.

Looks pretty good. Not a huge fan of Napoleon Dynamite or Nacho Libre, but this looks like a step in the right direction. Laughed a few times, but I think the fact that it doesn't have Jon Hader or whatever his name is a very good sign. Hate him.

it was okay. i was one of those ppl who just did not find napoleon dynamite funny at all, even after watching it three times with all of my freinds insisting that it was hilarious and that i suck for not liking it. but this one looks like i might actually laugh a few times.
