Details of Michael Sheen's Character in Tron Legacy Revealed

Lately British actor Michael Sheen has had quite a busy schedule. Most recently he was up at the Toronto Film Festival promoting his soccer (football!) biopic The Damned United, and later this year he'll make the rounds greeting teen girls when he starts promoting New Moon. And next March we'll hear his voice as the White Rabbit in Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland. While Wonderland seems like it will certainly be a unique trip down the rabbit hole, I've been more interested in Sheen's involvement in another Disney property: Tron Legacy. And now, thanks to ComingSoon, we've got some details about his character.
While one would expect that there wouldn't be much to reveal on a set composed mostly of green screens for post-production effects, Sheen said: "My stuff was mainly in this amazing set that they built because I'm a nightclub host, so they built the nightclub and there were hundreds of extras and it was one of those great scenes where there's just loads going on." So it looks like the rumor we posted awhile back about Sheen taking on the role of a villain might have been inaccurate, but I wouldn't rule out any nefarious activity from this character just yet. It is a nightclub owner after all, and they're usually involved in shady operations.
Sheen also went on to brag about the advanced special effects that will be featured in the film which he says have progressed leaps and bounds above the footage originally shown to Comic-Con attendees over a year ago. Apparently that footage was done by director Joseph Kosinski just to get the greenlight from Disney. I think we can already see evidence of more polished effects with the official trailer that was released at this year's Comic-Con and the improved fluidity and sleekness of the CG, although that was essentially the same footage anyway. I know I'm excited for Tron Legacy and eager for any more details to arrive. Thoughts?

In the original movie the characters were some sort of computer program. Even Bridges character had this weird lights around him (wich i guess wasnt a suit after all). But in the trailer we see that the Jeff Bridges characters looks almost too human. As i asume there couldnt be incredible small people living withing the boundaries of software, my guess is that it was a representation of the characters self, much like the matrix. So, this "Night Club" scene doesnt has to happen outside the virtual world.
What do you think?

Well, Is Michael Sheen's character (the Night Club owner) just a cameo character or is he truly the main villain of the film? I just don't know!
