Tarantino Will Eventually Make an Inglourious Basterds Prequel
As this year comes to close and everyone starts putting together their best of the year lists, I'm expecting Inglourious Basterds to show up on quite a few of them. We've heard plenty from Quentin Tarantino before about prequels and sequels to the WWII movie, but we also know it's not going to be his next project. That said, he still wants to one day make that prequel. NY Mag's Vulture recently caught up with Tarantino in New York. And they say that he's got 40 pages of the prequel written but "he's not giving up on the idea or the script, especially if the original film does well at the awards shows." Read on for more from Tarantino.

Watch This: First Official Repo Men Trailer Starring Jude Law
Universal has just debuted the first deliciously red band trailer for Repo Men over on MySpace. This is the Hollywood rip off of Darren Bousman's Repo! The Genetic Opera but without all of the singing. It's about a future where human organs can be manufactured to replace defective ones, but they're expensive. And if you don't make your payments, the repo men will come and rip out the organs right out of your body. Repo Men stars Liev Schreiber, Jude Law, Forest Whitaker, Alice Braga, Carice van Houten, and RZA. This trailer is red band and is pretty bloody, brutal, and gory (so watch out!), but it also looks pretty damn good.

Let's Have a Tea Party - New Alice in Wonderland Promo Art
I'm probably making way too big of a deal over one small bit of advertising art for Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland, but I love seeing this stuff. This new bit of art just popped up on JoBlo earlier today. Given the shape, I'm guessing this is billboard art that you'll see up soon if you live in Los Angeles or New York. It's definitely some eye-catching artwork, so bravo to everyone at Disney for coming up with this. I'm sure they're having a heyday with Alice in Wonderland, imagine the possibilities that graphic designers have with this! Anyway, since the last trailer got kinda buried, I'm wondering if everyone is still excited to see this?

Incredible New French Trailer for Christopher Nolan's Inception!
While we know that the next official trailer for Christopher Nolan's Inception is attached to Sherlock Holmes starting this Friday, this French trailer that just hit over on MakingOf looks absolutely amazing and is a must watch anyway. Since I haven't seen the new Inception trailer yet, I'm not sure if this is the same one showing in theaters on Friday or not, but I have a feeling it's very similar. I think this is its own crazy experience anyway watching the whole thing without understanding what's going on. Try to make sense of it and you'll see what I mean! But besides all that, this does look pretty incredible. Can anyone translate this?

First UK Poster for Ridley Scott's Robin Hood Looks Familiar
Wait a second, that looks a lot like the photo we used in our trailer article. But then again, who didn't think Universal would whip up posters for Ridley Scott's Robin Hood with Russell Crowe pointing an arrow at somebody. I'm featuring this, thanks to our UK friends at HeyUGuys, because I'm curious about how they're going to market this movie. I have a feeling a poster like this (probably the US version with the same photo) will be the first thing that some people will see from this new Robin Hood. And I'm wondering if they're going to look at this and think "awesome" or "lame"? What are your first thoughts looking at this poster?

Knightley, Fassbender, Waltz in Cronenberg's The Talking Cure?
Where did this come from? Last we heard, David Cronenberg was supposed to be directing The Matarese Circle with Denzel Washington or the billionaire limo project Cosmopolis next, not some other project called The Talking Cure. Our friends at The Playlist found an odd mention of a project on the Facebook page for Australian distribution company Hopscotch Films today. There it's mentioned that they just bought a film called The Talking Cure that's being directed by David Cronenberg and will star Keira Knightley, Michael Fassbender, and Christoph Waltz. And we've never heard of this once before until today? That's kind of odd.

First Photos from Peter Weir's New WWII Film 'The Way Back'
Its been almost seven years since Peter Weir last directed anything. I don't know where he's been all this time, but I'm glad he's back. Quiet Earth found the first six photos from Weir's new WWII film The Way Back. The drama follows a group of soldiers and prisoners who escape from a Siberian labor camp in 1940 during WWII. "Seven courageous multi-national prisoners discover the true meaning of friendship as their epic journey takes them across thousands of miles of hostile terrain en-route to India and their freedom." Starring in this film is Ed Harris, Colin Farrell, Saoirse Ronan, Mark Strong, and Jim Sturgess. Read on!

Comic Book Movie Updates: The Forgotten & Night and Fog
Just as I was about to start writing up the news that the adaptation of Evan Young and Jareth Grealish's comic book The Forgotten had finally attached a screenwriter, news hit that another comic called Night and Fog is being adapted, too. And since they're both independent comics, I thought I'd put them both together in one article. We'll start with The Forgotten, a mystery comic centered on the corruption and dark alleys of Philadelphia. Mania learned from co-writer Jareth Grealish that they have a new screenwriter, but it was SlashFilm who confirmed that they've hired John Rogers, of The Core and Catwoman previously.

First Official Trailer for Sex and the City 2 - Carrie On Ladies!
New Line, or rather Warner Brothers, has debuted the first official trailer for Sex and the City 2 starring the same four girls as before: Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Kristin Davis, and Cynthia Nixon. Given this is the sequel, we already know what to expect, so don't start complaining guys. This is mainly a movie for the ladies and they even sell it that way with the "Sometimes, you just have to get away with the girls!" line at the end of the trailer. It certainly looks as glamorous and glorified as the first Sex and the City movie, but I'll leave that debate to those who are actually interested in seeing this. Watch the new trailer below!

Warner Bros Exec Dan Lin Talks 'Tom and Jerry' and 'Bone'
I've admitted before that I think Warner Brothers is one of the best studios around. Not only do they almost always release great movies, but there is a certain level of quality to the movies that come from that studio. Our good friend Frosty from Collider caught up with Dan Lin, one of the development executives at WB who not only brought Terminator Salvation and Sherlock Holmes to them, but has a whole bunch of other projects in the works. Some of the more interesting stuff in his interview, however, is in relation to Tom and Jerry, the feature version of the classic Hanna-Barbera cartoon that still plays on TV today. Read on!

Check These Out: Gorgeous Toy Story 3 Color Script Photos
Damn this looks so good! Whenever Pixar makes a movie, they create a color script as well, sort of a visual guide to the color of the movie and how it plays throughout the story. If you've ever seen photos of the Pixar building, they cover an entire wall with this art in order to show animators what the entire movie looks like. Disney has released six new shots of color script for Toy Story 3 on various websites: Upcoming Pixar, The Pixar Blog, and PixarTalk. I've pulled all six pieces together for your viewing below. They all look like they come from the first act of the movie, so there's no spoilers. The little bit of story we do get looks wonderful.
