Another Brilliant Trailer for Richard Curtis' The Boat That Rocked

Even though we've already seen two great trailers for The Boat That Rocked, a third new one has popped up recently that is even better than the other two! Though, I've got to say, at this point I've had enough - I just want to see this! It looks so frickin' good and I'm tired of sitting through so many great trailers just to realize we've got to wait another six months to see it. I really love the way this trailer is put together, with a little bit of creative CGI magic at the beginning, and best of all, it's progression through a short story that parallels what actually happens in the movie, into a triumphant and exciting finish. The Boat That Rocked is both written and directed by British filmmaker Richard Curtis, who only last directed Love Actually, but has written and produced numerous British hit TV series and movies, including Notting Hill and Bridget Jones. The film stars an incredible array of actors, including Bill Nighy, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Kenneth Branagh, Nick Frost, Rhys Ifans, Gemma Arterton, and January Jones. It's being distributed by Universal Pictures in the US. The Boat That Rocked will hit theaters in the UK in early April and spread around the world through the summer. It will finally open in the US on August 28th.

i was prepared not to like this but philip seymour hoffman and the guy from flight of the concords are awesome and the trailer actually looks pretty good. although richard curtis can be a bit too sentimental for my liking

Boy, this is a first for Richard Curtis. He has done a film without Hugh Grant!!! BUGGER ME!! Anywho, this should be pretty funny.

When I watched the first trailer for this, I thought it would be a waste of life. I am happily eating my words. It looks AWESOME! I don't know why I ever doubted. Philip Seymour Hoffman. Done. Sold. Can't wait.

#5 Seriously?? That's awesome, I sort of know the history of pirate radio, but didn't realize it evoked memories like that. Does anybody know if there's been a movie made about this before this one?

So ive been waiting to see this movie for a few months now and i thought the movie would come out in the U.S. in april, but its not coming out until August in the U.S.!!! I dont think i can make it that long! ive been dying to see it and waiting 5 more months seems impossible : [
