Carrie On, Ladies! First Flashy Poster for Sex and the City 2

Surely everyone enjoys sex, and many people also enjoy cities, but it takes a special kind of person to love Sex and the City. So with the sexual exploits of Carrie, Samantha, Charlotte and Miranda heading back to theaters next summer, the marketing for the sequel has begun as Moviefone has the first obnoxious teaser poster for Sex and the City 2 featuring Sarah Jessica Parker strutting her stuff in the midst of bright glittering lights. The plot is still being kept under tight wraps, but if the poster is any indicator, the film will follow Carrie (Parker) trying to find smaller sunglasses. I mean look at those suckers, they're ginormous!

Sex and the City 2 is the follow-up to the first feature film from 2008. That original film was inspired by the phenomenally popular, award-winning HBO series that's based on the writings of Candace Bushnell.

Sex and the City 2 is again both written and directed by showrunner Michael Patrick King, who previously wrote, produced, and directed last year's Sex and the City movie and also worked on the show when it was on HBO. Warner Brothers (who now runs New Line Cinema) will be bringing Sex and the City 2 to theaters everywhere starting on May 28th, 2010 next summer. Get ready for another box office hit, that's for sure!

whats with the negative comments.. sheesh. if you dont want to see it, don't worry about it then. i have watched the whole series growing up and saw the last movie. these women are beautiful characters inside and out. sex and the city portrays women aging gracefully and overcoming life's challenges. rock on ladies.
