Take That Michael Bay - McG Says Terminator More Realistic
In our latest installment of the on-going battle between directors Michael Bay and McG, Terminator Salvation director McG bragged to Digital Spy about the realism of his movie versus Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. "I think Transformers is a terrific picture, but that's a picture whose genesis is in a toy. They're sort of more colorful and optimistic and the pictures are sort of breakdancing and flips and backspins," McG said. "But ours is a very different, real world." If you haven't been following this "fight", it began when Michael Bay took a shot at McG, then he fired back to him in an interview later on.
McG continues, "Ours is a world of, 'This is where we can be ten years from now'. The whole idea for doing this movie was to honor the first three movies… But begin again!" Yep, McG is already back to pitching Terminator Salvation and why it'll be such a great restart of the Terminator franchise. I hate to continue publicizing this Michael Bay vs McG fight, because it feels like I'm creating more unnecessary turmoil like east coast vs west coast fights in the rap industry, but really, it's fun to see and in the end, I'm just excited to see how these two movies both fare this summer. Who's side are you on? Michael Bay or McG?
