Incredible Video Game Trailer for Deus Ex: Human Revolution
Okay I hate to continue dropping even more video game trailers on you guys today, but this looks absolutely incredible! Although, we did just learn that Mortal Kombat: Rebirth trailer was actually for a movie anyway. Maybe this one will be a movie soon, too? Heat Vision is highlighting a new trailer for the upcoming Square Enix / Eidos Interactive video game Deus Ex: Human Revolution. It's a futuristic cyborg badass sci-fi action game that combines ideas and aesthetics from Blade Runner and RoboCop. This glorious new trailer is out just in time for E3 and is truly jaw-dropping to watch. Check it out and just imagine that as a movie!

Must Watch: The Badass Mortal Kombat: Rebirth Viral Video
No, it's not for a movie. Yes, it's real (as in, not created by fans, as far as we know). A new Mortal Kombat: Rebirth short film has been catching fire around the web today, mainly because it's a gritty, badass take on a video game franchise everyone loves. We don't know too much about this yet, but it's most likely not for a movie, despite starring Michael Jai White (aka Black Dynamite) as Jax. And although we've written about a Mortal Kombat movie being in the works, we're 99% sure this is for a new Mortal Kombat video game that is being announced at E3 next week. That said, this is awesome to watch, so check it out! Updates below.

Intense New Action Trailer for Ensemble Heist Movie 'Takers'
Everyone knows you don't ever hit armored trucks (you always get busted)! Screen Gems has debuted the second new trailer for the ensemble heist action movie Takers starring quite an eccentric cast: Idris Elba, Paul Walker, Hayden Christensen, Zoe Saldana, Matt Dillon, Jay Hernandez, T.I. and Chris Brown. I love a good heist movie and I want this to be a good heist movie, but this just looks pretty awful. This is the same movie that had a bad first trailer and even worse poster, despite a strong cast. I don't know, maybe I'll see this on DVD, I'm not sure (probably not). Take a look and let us know what you think? And if you'll see it?

Poster Artist Drew Struzan Has a New Art Book Coming Soon!
Do you love movie posters as much as I do? Then you'll probably want to pre-order this new book: The Art of Drew Struzan. The always awesome Titan Books is releasing this new collected artwork book focusing on legendary poster artist Drew Struzan, who's iconic work spans from Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Harry Potter, Hellboy, and so much more. Check These Out: Four New Billboards/Banners for Inception
The Dream is Real. While we're trying not to feature any more new footage from Chris Nolan's Inception in the last month before its release, that doesn't mean we can't mention fantastic promo banners like these. The guys at Nolan Fans found four brand new Inception banners on Virgin Media. They're made for the UK, but I wouldn't be surprised if we see these converted into billboards on display here in the US. I found a blog talking about marketing for this and it said "they are at a bit of a loss at how to creatively market this film." It seems like they know what they're doing - because these banners are pretty damn cool! Check them out.

One Last Great Action Trailer for Jackie Chan's The Karate Kid
In one final attempt to draw people in to theaters this weekend, Sony has released an action trailer for The Karate Kid (via MySpace), directed by Harald Zwart (watch our interview) and starring Jackie Chan and Jaden Smith. I'm supporting this movie as well because I want people to go see it this weekend and give it a chance, as it's actually a fantastic new version of a classic film we all love (read my reaction at ShoWest). This is just one of those re-edited trailers with a focus on action and intensity. I just hope it convinces a few of you to actually go see it this weekend! At the very least, all the kung fu fighting in this is worth watching.

Mark Wahlberg is Dedicated to Making the 'Entourage' Movie
This is fantastic news for fans of HBO's "Entourage." We last heard back in December that the HBO show may be making its way to the big screen when Mark Wahlberg said that there will probably be two more seasons then a feature film. Well, Wahlberg's back, as the actor/producer talked with MTV (via /Film) on the red carpet last night and learned he's more dedicated to getting this movie made than anything. "I am more focused on making that movie than my own films," Wahlberg said. "I just think we can make a great movie... I think we're going to do it. We just have to end strong, and this season is, by far, the best season."

Watch: Making of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter Video
If that new teaser for Death Hallows last night wasn't enough, we've got some more exciting stuff to share with all the Harry Potter fans! Yesterday, NBC aired a half-hour long 21-minute Making Of special on the Wizarding World of Harry Potter (which is available on Hulu via SlashFilm), the new theme park that is opening in Islands of Adventure down in Orlando next weekend (on June 18th). I'm planning a trip down there to check out this awesome new park, but as one final introduction and as a fun little behind-the-scenes look at what goes into creating a beautifully crafted theme park like this, check out this video special. Enjoy!

Cinematic Discussion: The Superman We Don't Know We Need
I'm not a fan of Superman. I never have been. Sure, he's an icon. He's iconic. The go-to superhero when debating what power you'd rather possess. Idolized by kids the world over to adults of all creeds to the likes of Jerry Seinfeld (and I must agree, there's no reason why the yellow sun of our solar system wouldn't give Kal-El a superhuman comedic ability).
But, for me, he's always been boring. He's a little too good. He's a lot too powerful. And, at this point in time, he's simply stale. Recently, we've learned that David Goyer and the Nolan Brothers are preparing

Netflix Instant Hitting iPhone in Summer, Ebert Disapproves
With the Netflix Instant streaming feature, viewers have been able to enjoy their favorite movies nearly anywhere there's a wifi internet connection floating around. However, only recently has Netflix Instant left desktop/laptop computers and televisions behind with the recent introduction of a Netflix app for Apple's slick iPad. After the Netflix app hit the iPad, we all assumed it was only a matter of time before it would hit the iPhone or iPod touch as well. Now it's official as Steve Jobs and Apple announced today (alongside their fourth gen. iPhone) that a Netflix app for both the iPhone and the iPod touch will be available this summer.

Adam Sandler's Dual Roles in 'Jack and Jill' Comedy Explained
Late last year we learned about a brand new project that would star Adam Sandler titled Jack and Jill, a romantic comedy that would see Sandler playing dual roles as the twin siblings Jack and Jill. Obviously, the romance wouldn't blossom between the two siblings (that's just gross), but with no real plot details we were left wondering exactly how the story was going to play out, and who would finally end up directing the film. Last week Cinema Blend found out that director Dennis Dugan (of Big Daddy, Happy Gilmore) will helm the comedy, and now Collider has some new details on the film's plot straight from Adam Sandler himself.

Summit Picks Up Illusionists Heist Project 'Now You See Me'
This sounds like it could be fantastic. The Wrap reports that Summit has picked up a spec script co-written by Boaz Yakin (The Rookie, Death in Love, Prince of Persia) and newcomer Edward Ricourt (a member of Marvel Studios' Writing Program) titled Now You See Me. (No you don't!) The story pits an FBI squad in a game of cat-and-mouse against a team of the world's greatest illusionists who pull off a series of daring bank heists during performances, showering the profits on their audiences while staying one step ahead of the authorities. Doesn't that kind of sound like The Illusionist converted into a contemporary heist movie?
