Four More Stellar 'Harry Potter & the Deathly Hallows' Posters
Posters, posters and more posters, that's all we've got today! I thought we wouldn't have to feature any more posters for Warner Bros' Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1, but these are too damn good looking to pass up. First, we had the epic teaser poster, then we had a series of banners, next was the official "running" poster, finally we featured those seven gritty character posters, and now we have four more today (via ComingSoon). I guess they designed so many different posters and WB said to hell with it, we'll release all of them! And funny enough, these look better than most of the posters we see on a yearly basis. Enjoy!

There's a lot going on in Tron world at the moment, as Disney is kicking off its enormous marketing push for the last few months leading up to its opening. First, they've debuted the first photo of Daft Punk inside the world of Tron Legacy, as seen below. That reveal comes with a new sampler of their track "The Game Has Changed" from the soundtrack, which can be heard on the official Facebook. There's also a partially revealed poster for Daft Punk'd Tron on the soundtrack website, but we'll post the entire thing once it's unveiled. Oh and lastly, you can reserve tickets for Tron Night now if you haven't already. Hope you're all getting excited!

Casting Tidbits: Naomi Watts, Mickey Rourke and J.B. Smoove
I met this six-year-old child, with this blank, pale, emotionless face and the blackest eyes; the devil's eyes. I spent 8 years trying to reach him, and then another seven trying to keep him locked up because I realized what was living behind that boy's eyes was purely and simply... Casting Tidbits! First up, MTV sat down for an interview with Naomi Watts who revealed that she's probably not going to be in Eastern Promises 2. Director David Cronenberg and actor Viggo Mortensen are returning, but Watts says, "I don't think I'm in it. Nobody called, so I guess they recast or maybe created a new role for a more attractive, younger girl." Ouch.

Watch: Official US Trailer for Chris Morris' Comedy 'Four Lions'
Some of you guys have probably heard about this "terrorist comedy" before, but not everyone has, so I think it's finally time to feature a trailer. Chris Morris' Four Lions is a "whip-smart, laugh-out-loud comedy that illuminates the war on terror through satire and farce." This film proves that while terrorism may be about ideology, it's also about idiots. This is the first film that the Alamo Drafthouse's newly created distribution company is releasing this fall and it looks hilarious. I haven't seen this yet, but it's definitely something I'm going to see once it hits theaters. Even though it may sound a bit odd, I highly suggest watching this trailer!

Check Out Jason Mecier's Unique Special Edition Saw 3D Poster
I feel like we've seen enough official posters for Lionsgate's Saw 3D to last a lifetime, or at least as long as the franchise lasts (and there's talk that's it not over yet). But there's one more I just have to feature because it's actually pretty damn cool, despite the hate this series now gets. It was created by celebrity artist Jason Mecier (website) and was revealed on the official Facebook yesterday. It's a unique design made up of tools and metal objects to form Jigsaw's face. It reminds me of this vintage Saw III poster meets the Lord of War poster. I wish I could still get excited for this series, but I've pretty much lost all interest in it at this point.

Clint Eastwood Says Joaquin Phoenix is Not in 'Hoover' Biopic
Last month we got word that masquerading, bearded rapper Joaquin Phoenix might make his triumphant return to acting playing opposite Leonardo DiCaprio in Eastwood's biopic Hoover. Word on the street was that director Clint Eastwood wanted the actor to play J. Edgar Hoover's protégé/suspected lover Clyde Tolson. However, in a recent interview with Retuers (via SlashFilm) when asked if there was any truth to the reports of Phoenix's involvement, Eastwood responded rather simply and hilariously with: "No. I don't know where that came from. Didn't he become a rapper?" Luckily, Eastwood had more to say about the project.

Dominick Fairbanks Looking to Remake 'The Scarlet Pimpernel'
The next generation from Hollywood royals Douglas Fairbanks and Douglas Fairbanks Jr is continuing his family's legacy in entertainment with a new production banner across the Atlantic in the UK. Dominick Fairbanks (above) is kicking things off in a big way as THR says the company is working on a $120 million adaptation of Baroness Orczy's classic novel The Scarlet Pimpernel. Doesn't sound like the makings of a successful big budget film? Well, executive producer James Black says, "We want to try and do to the story of The Scarlet Pimpernel what Guy Ritchie did to Sherlock Holmes" at Warner Bros. Yeah, that explains it.

Disney Running 4D Showings of 'Nightmare Before Christmas'
Fans of Burton and Selick's The Nightmare Before Christmas should already know that the animated classic gets re-released by Disney in 3D every year around Halloween. If you live in Los Angeles, you'll get a real treat if you decide to catch a showing of the movie at the world famous El Capitan Theatre. Disney is running special 4D showings of Nightmare Before Christmas for a limited time later this month. What does 4D involve? In classic Disney fashion, they'll have "special effects in the theater itself, such as wind and fog" (via Hero Complex). This is the first time these "4D Sensory Effects" will be used for a film at the El Capitan.

Miramax's The Debt & Don't Be Afraid of the Dark Both Delayed
What the heck is going on in Hollywood? From MGM's financial troubles to Warner Bros' struggles with 3D to Miramax's problems, there's a lot of bad things happening, almost as if the entire industry is falling apart. Deadline is reporting another bit of depressing news, though it's not confirmed by Disney yet (who has been handling Miramax films). Disney's sale of Miramax to Ron Tutor & Tom Barrack, aka Filmyard Holdings, won't be finalized until the end of the year due to "logistical reasons," but that extra time means the release of two films, John Madden's The Debt and Troy Nixey's Don't Be Afraid of the Dark, will be delayed.

The Real Story Behind WB's Decision to Drop Harry Potter's 3D
Warner Brothers made a big surprising announcement late last week that Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1, which was one of their big tentpole 3D releases, was not going to be released in 3D at all. They in effect "canceled" the 3D release of the highly anticipated seventh movie, claiming only that "we were unable to convert the film in its entirety and meet the highest standards of quality." Subsequently, haters of 3D everywhere rejoiced as this was the first time any major studio has dropped the 3D this close to a release. But there's more to it as Variety (via SlashFilm) has published an article looking at what exactly happened.

Ethan Checks Out the Set of D.J. Caruso's 'I Am Number Four'
Back in my high school days, it would have been quite an epic day if one of the students suddenly had their hands lighting up like headlights. But in Pittsburgh, this occurrence is totally normal, and met with quite an indifferent attitude. That's because this strange experience isn't happening in a real high school, but on one of the sets for the adaptation of the sci-fi novel I Am Number Four built inside an abandoned building of a technical college. All would seem normal if it wasn't for a huge film crew, and lead actor Alex Pettyfer running into a closet as his hands "light up like road flares" in a frantic state of mind. So what is going on?

Big Rumor: Danny Boyle May Return to Direct 28 Months Later
Whoa wait, what the heck? Dread Central is reporting a big scoop from an apparently reliable source saying that Danny Boyle will be returning to direct the still forthcoming 28 Weeks Later sequel. We're calling it 28 Months Later because that's the logical next step in the 28 Days Later, 28 Weeks Later franchise, so I don't know what else they would call it anyway, but Dread says it's "as of yet untitled." They don't offer any details, but do say Boyle is "planning to return to direct." Really? I don't know, I just don't believe this. And we found a separate update that also seems to indicate that the project is still pretty much dead in the water.
