Zookeeper Trailer

Welcome to his jungle. Columbia/Sony Pictures has debuted a teaser trailer via Apple for their upcoming summer comedy Night at the Zoo, er I mean just Zookeeper. Basically, Kevin James plays a zookeeper who discovers that the animals can talk, and they're actually helping him hook up with a girl. So it's kind of like Night at the Museum in that everything in this zoo comes to life can talk with James. It has an amazing voice / supporting cast: Rosario Dawson as the love interest, Sylvester Stallone, Adam Sandler, Ken Jeong, Leslie Bibb, Donnie Wahlberg, Jon Favreau, Cher, Judd Apatow (as the Elephant) and many more. Enjoy!

The animals at the Franklin Park Zoo decide to break their "code of silence" in order to help kindhearted, lovable zookeeper Griffin Keyes (Kevin James) gain the interest of a particular woman (Rosario Dawson).

Zookeeper is directed by NYU alum Frank Coraci, of The Wedding Singer, The Waterboy, Around the World in 80 Days and Click previously. The screenplay was cowritten by David Ronn & Jay Scherick (both of I Spy, Guess Who, Norbit) and Kevin James, Rock Reuben ("The King of Queens") & Nick Bakay (Paul Blart: Mall Cop). Sony Pictures is bringing Zookeeper to theaters next summer on July 8th, 2011. Anyone interested?

Kevin James will always have work. This is a fact. Kids will like this. No reason to trash it.

Kevin James in a movie where he is a chubby middle class-worker with a heart 'o gold who falls down a lot? A movie like this has NEVER been made before! ...

If either of you who are upset by this trailer are over the age of 20 I'd be very concerned for your social/mental well being

looks hilarious, james never fails to entertain, such an underrated actor. for all the haters, you need to stop complaining and comparing him to others like chris farley, he is his own person and he is hilarious, especially his stand up and king of queens work

And the Oscar goes to...

Man I hate Kevin James. I find him to be the second least funny comedian after Dane Cook.

JTMoney on Nov 5, 2010

Kids are gonna love this. This looks like it will be a nice movie to take your kids to and enjoy a family movie together. Let's hope so anyway. I have a feeling I'm going to see this one whether I want to or not.

No wonder MGM is bankrupt!

@#4 You pretty much hit it, on the nose. Kevin James is the basic overweight working schlub, in everything he does. In "King of Queens" it was a package delivery guy, in Mall Cop it was a doofus security guy and now he will be a clumsy oaf zoo worker guy. I can only guess that next, he'll appear as some sort of fat utility repair tech, with a lot of butt cleavage, ...for the laughs, you know... I don't hate Kevin James, it's just not that necessary to see the movies he makes.

My kids will love this. Let me repeat: My KIDS will love this and I will take them to it because I'm a good father and I love my children. Start telling yourself this and quit bitching.

Kevin James runs into something and falls down. I haven't seen that in one of his movies except in every single one of his movies.

what the ffff...

Lol well #15 I respect that but not everyone commenting here has kids. As for this, How the hell is Kevin James getting cast in anything? He needs to fade to small supporting roles along with 3/4 of his fellow cast members in "Grown ups".

Cody w on Nov 6, 2010

I really can't stand Kevin James's comedy. I catch those King Of Queens reruns every once in awhile and really I mean really don't get his humor.

#4 - I think you've said it best.

I have kids, and I most lovingly say: There is a reason MGM went bankrupt, I think this film is one of those many reasons. Give my kids Dark Crystal or Goonies anyday.
