Check This Out: First Full Teaser Poster for Animated 'Dorothy of Oz'
I know what you're thinking - why are we featuring this poster? Well, there's no good reason besides that it's a new take on the Wizard of Oz, obviously, and features the voice of Glee's Lea Michelle, who I totally love (yep). Dorothy of Oz is a new animated movie being directed by Dan St. Pierre. Dorothy returns to Kansas to find it devastated by the tornado that had whisked her away to Oz. The home she has been so desperate to return to is severely damaged, the townspeople are packing up. But shortly after arriving in Kansas, Dorothy is magically transported back to Oz where she finds out that it's in trouble and the people need her help, too.

First Impressions: J.J. Abrams Reveals Astounding 'Super 8' Footage
"I believe." I took a last minute trip to New York this week because I didn't want to miss a special premiere of 20 minutes of unseen footage from J.J. Abrams' new sci-fi movie Super 8, which has been my most anticipated of 2011 since the trailer debuted a few weeks ago. Many have been waiting to see if the movie has more subsistence than just paying homage to Steven Spielberg's great sci-fi classics of the 70s and 80s, and after seeing a good 20 minutes of footage, it unquestionably does. To me, it seems like Abrams has already created a movie that could be a classic, but without first taking us on an incredible adventure this summer.

Amy Adams Could Head Back to the 80's for 'Rock of Ages' Musical
With a cast that already includes Russell Brand, Alec Baldwin, Julianne Hough, Mary J. Blige and Tom Cruise, you would think that director Adam Shankman was done casting the major roles for the adaptation of the Broadway musical Rock of Ages, but you'd be wrong. Deadline reports that the filmmaker is "heavily courting" Amy Adams, fresh off her Oscar nomination for her turn in The Fighter, for a role in the 80's rock fueled musical. Apparently she would play a journalist doing a piece on rock star Stacee Jax (Cruise) who ends up falling into bed with him and even performing a rendition of I Want to Know What Love Is by Foreigner.

Watch: Second Eerie Teaser Trailer for Darren Bousman's '11-11-11'
Mark the date. This second creepy/odd new teaser trailer for Darren Bousman's 11-11-11 first popped up a few days ago on Bloody-Disgusting, but was quickly pulled before we could even write it up. Now it's back in finished form and available for your viewing pleasure as a follow-up to the original teaser trailer for this horror movie that debuted back in February. I still think this looks really good, almost like if The Number 23 were actually a scary, taut horror-thriller. I'm looking forward to seeing a lot more, but for now, try to make sense of this teaser and the footage it shows. I'm not exactly sure what's going on yet? Check it out below!

'American Reunion' Plot Details Revealed & Don't Sound Bad at All
Just last week we learned that the fourth installment of the American Pie series would be an American Reunion, and while we knew the original cast was expected to return, we finally got confirmation that Jason Biggs, Eugene Levy and Seann William Scott would officially be back. In addition, Thomas Ian Nicholas, Tara Reid, Chris Klein, Mena Suvari and Jennifer Coolidge were negotiating to return. Now we have some plot details for the flick which include just where we'll find some of these characters when they return to East Great Falls for their 10 year high school reunion and may have done a little bit of growing up.

Director Josh Radnor Majoring in 'Liberal Arts' with Elizabeth Olsen
Most probably know him as Ted in the hit CBS sitcom "How I Met Your Mother," but actor Josh Radnor made his debut as a filmmaker last year at the Sundance Film Festival with HappyThankYouMorePlease (watch the trailer here), a film that he wrote and directed. Alex gave it a pretty positive review, so it's probably good news that THR reports Radnor will be at the helm of Liberal Arts, another film which he also wrote. In addition, Elizabeth Olsen, sister of the Olsen twins and breakout star of not one, but two films at this year's Sundance Film Festival has joined the cast which will also feature Radnor in the lead role yet again.

Second Official Trailer for 'Last Night' with Worthington and Knightley
Tribeca Films has just debuted their new official trailer on Apple for Massy Tadjedin's Last Night, an indie romantic drama starring Keira Knightley, Sam Worthington, Eva Mendes & Guillaume Canet. It's about a married couple apart for one night. This is actually a beautiful trailer, I love how subtle it is, I really really want to see this. It played at Toronto last year and I missed it, but I've heard great things from quite a few people. The reason that score is so wonderful is because it's from Clint Mansell, but I am not entirely sure if what we're hearing in this is his work from the film or not. Give this a chance, it does look very good.

Any martial arts / kung fu fans out there? You've got to check this out! I saw the movie at Fantastic Fest last year and loved it (here's my write-up about it), it's an awesome kung fu flick that has some amazing fight scenes, as Woo-Ping really is the master. Must Watch: Amazing Trailer for 'Captain America: The First Avenger'
We are going to win this war because we have the best men, and they will personally escort Adolf Hitler to the gates of hell! We got to see a glimpse of this trailer just the other day, but the idiot from Entertainment Tonight was talking over the entire clip. Now the first trailer for Captain America: The First Avenger has been released by ET (it's officially out now), but this time they let the trailer speak for itself. Thankfully the trailer speaks pretty loud and clear that this is one kick-ass Marvel Comics adaptation to look forward to this summer. I'm completely sold on this flick, but you can decide for yourself after seeing the trailer below!

'Friends with Benefits' Director Will Gluck to Have 'Sex on the Moon'
Back in January we learned that the producing team behind The Social Network had just picked up another real-life story to bring to the big screen from author Ben Mezrich, the same writer behind The Accidental Billionaires book that inspired the aforementioned Facebook centric drama. Sex on the Moon would focus on a young NASA intern who decides to steal lunar rocks from NASA's Johnson Space Center and sell them on the internet to impress a girl. Ah, young love! 24 Frames reports that Easy A and Friends with Benefits director Will Gluck will be at the helm of the project. Gluck will also adapt the script from Mezrich's book.

Watch: Jim Carrey in Cute Teaser Trailer for 'Mr. Popper's Penguins'
Back in January, we got our first look at some photos with Jim Carrey and some adorable penguins on the set of the adaptation of the classic children's book Mr. Popper's Penguins. Now we have a cute teaser trailer featuring Carrey and these lovable Arctic birds that should have families excited for the film's release this summer on June 17th. Though the comedy is a bit silly, the penguins aren't made out to be annoying talking animals like Yogi Bear or Alvin and the Chipmunks, and Carrey always brings the right amount of energy and charisma to any role. This could be worth checking out, but you can see for yourself below.

Jason Schwartzman Back with Wes Anderson for 'Moonrise Kingdom'
Last November we found out a stellar cast featuring Bruce Willis, Edward Norton, Frances McDormand, Tilda Swinton and regular Wes Anderson collaborator Bill Murray had all joined the filmmaker's next film Moonrise Kingdom. Now another familiar face has joined the ranks as the Providence area Examiner learned from The Rhode Island Film & Television Office that Jason Schwartzman will be part of the production when the film shoots this spring in Rhode Island. The actor has appeared in about half of Anderson's films, but whenever they work together on the big screen, it's gold, so this is simply great all around.
