Watch: International Trailer for 'The Darkest Hour' is for Nightclubs
Last week a new featurette shed some light on the Moscow set action sci-fi flick The Darkest Hour, a film that, judging by the first trailer, looks like it just might be an Russian version of Skyline with better actors, and more active characters. That first trailer also included some exposition ridden lines of dialogue to give us an idea of what kind of strange aliens Emile Hirsch, Olivia Thirlby and Max Minghella would be battling, but this new international trailer does away with that and uses a dubstep, Skrillex-like soundtrack along with a bunch of sweet action to sell the film to people who love techno and nightclubs. Watch: James Cameron on Converting 'Titanic' to 3D for Re-Release
Though after the release of Avatar, director James Cameron was all about touting films being only shot in 3D rather than being converted in post-production, he found going back to Titanic for a theatrical re-release in 3D to be permissible, if only because they were taking the time to do it right. In a new featurette, Cameron opens up about the decision to bring Titanic back to theaters for viewers who never experienced the Best Picture winner on the big screen. The filmmaker also talks about how the film looks even more remarkable today in 2D after touching it up to convert the best version to 3D. Watch it below!

Watch: 'The Muppets' Composer Bret McKenzie Singing with Kermit
Over the weekend Jason Segel had some fun with his fuzzy co-stars from The Muppets on "Saturday Night Live," but now it's composer Bret McKenzie, cult star of Lord of the Rings and the forthcoming adaptation of The Hobbit, and one-half of "Flight of the Conchords" to sing along with one of our favorite childhood friends. The New York Times has posted an adorable, sweet and wholly charming video of the New Zealand native singing the lovely tune Life's a Happy Song along with Kermit the Frog. If the countless trailer parodies or great marketing materials haven't warmed your heart, this should do the trick. Watch below!

Julie Delpy Attached to Helm Joe Strummer Biopic 'The Right Profile'
Just yesterday came news that Julie Delpy might reunite with co-star Ethan Hawke and director Richard Linklater for another installment in their unlikely romance series that started with Before Sunrise, but now Variety reports the actress, who has also directed and starred in her own films like 2 Days in Paris and The Countess, will also take a seat in the director's chair for a biopic on The Clash frontman Joe Strummer. Titled The Right Profile (after the band's song of the same name from their 1979 album London Calling), the film will focus on Strummer's life and his planned disappearance from the public spotlight in 1982.

Watch: Funny or Die Perfectly Parodies 'Drive' with 'Drive-Thru' Trailer
"You want me to pick you up something from the drive-thru, you give me a time and a place. I give you a 5-minute window." If you're among those who haven't yet enjoyed the masterful thriller Drive from director Nicholas Winding Refn and starring Ryan Gosling, then you're missing out. But for those who have already seen the gripping, intense and even shocking film, this bit of fun is for you. Funny or Die has debuted a hilarious short called Drive-Thru which uses the same beautiful visual style (perhaps with a little less grace) and the film's killer soundtrack in a trailer parody that rivals The Muppets. Jeremy Renner Reveals Brief Details on 'The Bourne Legacy' Spin-Off
Though it isn't exactly a hard mystery to figure out, plenty have been wondering just how Universal's franchise spin-off The Bourne Legacy would tie-in to the original franchise starring Matt Damon. Well, Empire recently sat down with the film's star Jeremy Renner and asked him to clear things up, and while he doesn't give away too much, he does reveal the key bit of information that should quell anyone's fears about Damon being replaced in the series. Renner says, "My character is called Aaron Cross, but he ends up having a bunch of different names" Basically, Renner is taking on a new character in the same universe."

Watch: Daniel Radcliffe in New, Shorter 'The Woman in Black' Trailer
"If we open the door to superstition, where does that lead?" Now that everyone has the final installment of the Harry Potter franchise on Blu-Ray and DVD, it's officially time to allow The Boy Who Lived himself, Daniel Radcliffe, move on to new horizons. His first endeavor to follow the fantasy franchise is taking him to a dark place in the form of James Watkins' horror The Woman in Black. While the February release and PG-13 rating aren't thrilling elements of the film's release, this new trailer continues to make the film look pretty creepy, and Hammer Films came through with Let Me In, so I'll give it a chance. 'Harold & Kumar Christmas' Helmer Lands 'Final Girls' Horror Comedy
It sounds like New Line must be really pleased with director Todd Struass-Schulson and his feature directorial debut with A Very Harold & Kumar Christmas. Not only has the Warner Bros. based banner already set the filmmaker to take on their big action comedy Family Getaway, but now Variety reports he will direct a new horror comedy called Final Girls that cleverly uses the well-known horror element of The Final Girl, the last woman or girl alive to confront a film's killer. The story begins with a girl grieving the loss of her mother, a well-known scream queen of the 1980's, not unlike a young Jamie Lee Curtis. Read on!

Gary Oldman Chats About Finality in Nolan's 'The Dark Knight Rises'
It's definitely a week to get hyped up for The Dark Knight Rises, as we've got even more quotes to throw your way on top of everything from Empire. A short interview clip from MTV (via AICN) with actor Gary Oldman, who plays Jim Gordon in Christopher Nolan's Batman series, has hit the web featuring Oldman trying to explain how it ends, without actually say anything at all. When he's asked about if Nolan will end TDKR with an exclamation point saying "no more!", Oldman at first takes a huge pause to try and think of how to carefully answer. What he says, though, is nonetheless very interesting to hear, and exciting as well.

Video Interview: 'The Muppets' Co-Writer & Filmmaker Nick Stoller
Remember Forgetting Sarah Marshall, it ended with that awesome Dracula musical with Muppet puppets? Yep, that's the origin behind The Muppets movie we're about to see this week. A few weeks ago I met with screenwriter Nicholas Stoller, credited with Jason Segel for writing The Muppets script, for a chat on bringing back the beloved puppets to the big screen and how to make them funny and accessible to all ages. Stoller is also the director of Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Get Him to the Greek and the upcoming comedy The Five-Year Engagement, so I tossed in a few comedy questions at the end, too. Judd Apatow Thinks There Should Be an Oscars Category for Comedy
Though the Hollywood Foreign Press has long recognized the delineation between comedy and drama by giving out separate Golden Globes for each genre (though the comedy category puts musical in the same boat as well), the Academy Awards still lumps all films together when vying for the Best Picture honor. However, recently the Academy decided to give animation their own feature film category, and now director Judd Apatow (The 40-Year Old Virgin, Knocked Up, Funny People) express, albeit in a bit of a sloppy, shorthand manner, that maybe it's time for comedy to get its own sandbox at the awards playground.

Chris Evans Finds 'The Iceman' and Amber Heard Goes to 'Motor City'
Here's a couple casting updates for projects moving through development. First up, Deadline reports Captain America himself Chris Evans has taken a more villainous role in The Iceman, the thriller from director Ariel Vromen which follows Michael Shannon as the titular killer, Richard "The Ice Man" Kuklinski, a mafia hit man who murdered more than 200 people. Evans is actually replacing departed talent James Franco as Kuklinski's mentor Robert Pronge. This will be a darker turn for Evans who traditionally has taken the hero or romantic lead role in films over the years, so it should be a performance to keep an eye on.
