Watch: Robert Pattinson Sleeps Around in New UK Trailer for 'Bel Ami'

Bel Ami

If swooning teenage girls as a sparkly vampire just wasn't enough of Robert Pattinson being dreamy, then you may want to turn your attention to Bel Ami from director Declan Donnellan. The story follows Georges Duroy (Pattinson), who travels through 1890s Paris, from cockroach ridden garrets to opulent salons, using his wits and powers of seduction to rise from poverty to wealth, from a prostitute’s embrace to passionate trysts with wealthy beauties. And all of this happens in a world where politics and media jostle for influence, where sex is power and celebrity an obsession. Now we have the new international trailer for the film below.

End of Production Set Photo for the Wachowski's 'Cloud Atlas' Debuts

Tom Tykwer, Lana & Andy Wachowski

Take a good look, here's your first image at a potential game-changer for 2012 - the new Wachowski movie. Empire has posted a on-set photo of the final day of shooting, the "wrap-day" photo taken for Cloud Atlas, which just finished production in Germany. The photo shows co-directors Tom Tykwer with siblings Lana & Andy Wachowski on a set with greenscreen, surrounded by props. It's also somewhat of a big tease for those who've read David Mitchell's novel that this is based on, as all of the props should be recognizable from the stories. This is still an odd, but fascinating first look/tease for a movie that I'm very excited about!

Sony Pictures Classics Will Distribute Woody Allen's 'Nero Fiddled'

Woody Allen / Sony Pictures Classics

After having the title changed from The Bop Decameron to Nero Fiddled back in October, the next project from Woody Allen is now even closer to a reality as Sony Pictures Classics has just announced that it will distribute Allen's film in North America and The United Kingdom. Following the recent success of Midnight in Paris, which just received four Golden Globe nominations, Sony is eager to get back in the saddle with Allen. This will actually mark their fifth collaboration after You Will Meet a Tall Dark Stranger, Whatever Works, Sweet and Lowdown and the aforementioned comedy starring Owen Wilson and Rachel McAdams.

Watch: A Teaser Trailer for HBO's McCain/Palin Film 'Game Change'

Game Change

Even though HBO Films delivers their flicks on cable, most of their productions are much better than some of the stuff that hits the big screen. That's why we like covering projects set up at the cable network from time-to-time and that brings us to this first teaser trailer via THR for Game Change, a film chronicling the campaign run to the White House by Senator John McCain, played by Ed Harris, and Alaskan Governor Sarah Palin, played by Julianne Moore. This likely won't be the most objective film coming from Jay Roach, the same director behind HBO's Recount, but it does look like it's going to be pretty damn good.

Final Prometheus Preview

Fox has finally unveiled the last preview for the preview of the preview. The third preview has arrived via Apple for "One Day Left" until the trailer for Ridley Scott's return to sci-fi Prometheus arrives tomorrow (Thursday). We've featured two of these previous (first one here, second one here) and they include some brief behind-the-scenes glimpses and chats with Ridley Scott, as well as flashes and teases from the film featuring Noomi Rapace and Michael Fassbender. This one doesn't have much new footage but you should take a look anyway, as it's the last one before the big reveal. Anyone starting to piece this together?

Review: David Fincher's 'Dragon Tattoo' Absorbs with Familiar Tones

Girl with the Dragon Tattoo Review

It's hard not to compare David Fincher's The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo to the original Swedish version of the film from 2009, particularly if, like me, you found the original to be an incredibly compelling film. Both are based on the first of Stieg Larsson's Millennium Trilogy, though Fincher's seems - I haven't read the novel - more of a straight transfer from page to screen than artistic reinterpretation. And that seems to be the first place where his version of Dragon Tattoo trips up. The characters are there. The story along with the central mystery is firmly present. But the cold nature of this film goes much deeper

Watch: New 'This Must Be The Place' Trailer with Sean Penn in Drag

This Must Be The Place Trailer

In case you have somehow forgotten the image of Sean Penn in drag for the new indie film called This Must Be The Place, directed by Italian filmmaker Paolo Sorrentino, now we have a new trailer with even more footage from the film about a man who scours the United States to find the ex-Nazi war criminal who killed his father and "track down and confront his father's nemesis." There's currently no theatrical release date set for the U.S., but more than likely, I'll be checking out the film at the 2012 Sundance Film Festival in January since it was part of the four late additions announced earlier this week. Watch the trailer below!

Ryan Gosling for Bret Easton Ellis & Gaspar Noe's 'Golden Suicides'?

Ryan Gosling

Over two years ago, we learned that American Psycho author and The Informers screenwriter Bret Easton Ellis was working with Good Will Hunting director Gus Van Sant to adapt The Golden Suicides, a Nancy Jo Sales article from Vanity Fair, about the 2007 double suicide of the artist and socialite couple Theresa Duncan and Jeremy Blake. However, Van Sant decided not to sit in the director's chair for the film allowing Enter the Void director Gaspar Noe to step up and helm the feature. Now, according to some recent Twitter activity from Ellis, there's a chance that Ryan Gosling could end up starring in the film. Read on.

Vin Diesel Confirms Seventh 'Fast and the Furious' Sequel is Coming

Vin Diesel

Back in October we learned that Universal was considering shooting back-to-back sixth and seventh sequels for their highly lucrative Fast and the Furious franchise, and that Jason Statham just might hop in the driver's seat with Vin Diesel and Paul Walker heading to Europe this time around. As of now there's no word on whether The Transporter will sign up for the adrenaline fueled action, but Diesel himself recently confirmed to Heat Vision that a seventh film is being written simultaneously with the sixth. However, at this time it's not clear whether the sequels will actually be shot back-to-back as originally reported. More below!
