Bob Stencil at Comic-Con 2011: 'Bucky Larson' & Playboy Party Video

What would happen if Bob $tencil got into a Playboy party? Who would he hook up with? We're about to find out. Late on Friday night during Comic-Con 2011, a massive outdoor party was held for NBC's The Playboy Club and Columbia Picture's upcoming comedy Bucky Larson: Born to Be a Star starring Nick Swardson. Bob struggles with a recent breakup while drinking and schmoozing at the Playboy Party, but finds more than enough friendly bunnies to help him forget about Sandra and enjoy the evening. There's lots of heavy drinking in this, so this is your warning - it's going be downright hilarious to see. Watch below!

  This IS Comic-Con, it was a sponsored party for/at Comic-Con that he was invited to. He thought it was funny enough to turn into its own video instead of include as part of the last recap video. But this is definitely still Comic-Con.

I'm a big fan of Bob, but is that it? 3 videos? 1 interview of Twilight girls, 1 of him talking to a stewardess, asking 1 question of Cusack, a Rogue bit, and 1 of him at the Playboy event????????????? Where's Saturday or even Sunday? How long does it take to cut this stuff together honestly? I know the Con sucked this year, but Bob could've taken over G4's live coverage, done something with Olivia Munn who was just standing around on a lawn outside SDCC, or crashed Zachary Levi's party. What gives?

  It's not as easy as you think... Editing is slow when there's lots of footage they just shot over an entire day. Logistically it's hard to get them into Hall H for questions (they have a crew, cameramen, etc), he was ONE person away from talking to Spielberg, but then got cut off. I know what you're saying, and I'm still waiting for the final video, but it's not an easy process and Bob does what he can every year.

  You have no idea how hard these guys work to get these videos up. 3 minutes of footage for probably 16+ hours of work.

Glad to see Bob had a nice time with the ladies, although it's unfortunate that his brand of humor was oft-putting to most of them. Hopefully he was able to break character long enough to develop some lasting relationships.
