Happy New Years! Yet another year has come and gone but it only means bigger and better things are yet to come. We just recorded our year-in-review episode of the The Golden Briefcase yesterday, and looking back at 2010, I think it was actually a damn good year overall, with some unforgettable, generation-defining films like The Social Network, Black Swan and Inception. But it's now 2011 and things are already looking good this year. We've got lots of new sequels, epic conclusions and many new introductions that we've been waiting years for. Here's to another great year of entertainment and, of course, more great movies to come!
Looking at 2011, there's a lot of great movies on the line-up this year: Apollo 18, Rango, I Am Number Four, Battle: Los Angeles, The Beaver, Sucker Punch, Source Code, Your Highness, Scream 4, Fast Five, THOR, Priest, Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, The Hangover Part II, Kung Fu Panda 2, The Tree of Life, X-Men: First Class, Super 8, Green Lantern, Cars 2, Caesar: Rise of the Apes, Transformers: Dark of the Moon, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II, The Sitter, Captain America: The First Avenger, Cowboys & Aliens, Conan, Moneyball, Real Steel, The Thing, The Three Musketeers, Contagion, Immortals, The Muppets, Hugo Cabret, Mission: Impossible Ghost Protocol, Sherlock Holmes 2, Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, The Adventures of Tintin, We Bought a Zoo, and of course, Steven Spielberg's War Horse.
