Jonah Hill

At the end of June, we learned about a little Dodgeball reunion as Vince Vaughn was in talks to join Ben Stiller for the sci-fi action comedy Neighborhood Watch. Hot Rod director Akiva Schaffer is behind the camera for the film which follows a group of suburban fathers who start a neighborhood watch group as a front for some male bonding time away from the family. But wouldn't you know it, the group ends up discovering a sinister plot to destroy the world from a dangerous extra-terrestrial force. Now Vulture is hearing that Jonah Hill is in talks to join the comedy as well, but his involvement isn't a done deal just yet.

Apparently the hold-up on Hill signing on is that he's looking for a bigger paycheck this time around. Since the guy can clearly draw an audience and films like The Sitter and Moneyball look promising in their own way, there's really no reason he shouldn't get a bit more added on to his salary. Either way, the film has already gained another cast member alongside Vaughn and Stiller as THR recently reported that Rachel Getting Married star Rosemarie DeWitt will play Stiller's wife who forces their family to move to the suburbs. As of now the film is gearing up to start shooting this fall, so expect more casting news soon.

That skinny Jonah Hill pic is freaky. Kind of reminds me of Fat Bastard from Austin Powers...after he lost weight.

Skinny Jonah kinda creeps me out.

Everyone shut the fuck up about Jonah Hill. He doesn't know how to stand or work his face when he's in a skinny body. Give him awhile to sort the logistics out.

All he needs is a beard.
