Must Watch: First Trailer for 'Snow White and the Huntsman' Arrives

"Bring me your heart, my dear dear Snow White." Universal has debuted the first intense trailer for Snow White and the Huntsman, directed by Rupert Sanders, their dark and twisted take on the Snow White fairytale, starring Kristen Stewart in the titular role. Chris Hemsworth stars as the Huntsman, who of course looks like a badass, and Charlize Theron as the Evil Queen. The cast includes Ian McShane, Toby Jones, Ray Winstone, Bob Hoskins, Eddie Marsan and Lily Cole. I'm honestly impressed, this looks unlike anything I was expecting, but pretty damn cool, especially that mirror part. You'll definitely want to see this!

In the epic action-adventure Snow White and the Huntsman, Kristen Stewart plays the only person in the land fairer than the evil queen (Charlize Theron) who is out to destroy her. But what the wicked ruler never imagined is that the young woman threatening her reign has been training in the art of war with a huntsman (Chris Hemsworth) who was dispatched to kill her. Sam Claflin (On Stranger Tides) joins the cast as the prince long enchanted by Snow White's beauty and power. The movie is being directed by Rupert Sanders, an acclaimed commercials director making his feature debut. Arrives in theaters on June 1st next summer.

She proved herself in The Runaways to have the ability to act. So am sure she won't hurt the movie overall but, I would had preferred Teresa Palmer for the role.

This looks so amazing. Loved the music too. Theron, now THATS an actress. Kristens problem is, she has zero range. Her facial expressions look always the same no matter what costume she might wear. But just like most of these Twillight hacks, they get by because they look pretty. No matter what, I will see this on Day 1!

Why no seven dwarves in the trailer? Snow White and the Huntsman will be better than Mirror, Mirror because it has the stronger cast and it will be at least be the more critically successful movie. In addition, unlike Mirror, Mirror, the Queen in this film looks like an evil villain.

I love that it seems to be focusing on the Queen, but that raises the question - is the Queen actually the main character in this film? It'd be fascinating to see that.

Couldn't they have casted an actress who's actually more beautiful than Charlize Theron? (Or maybe they should have casted a queen that's not more beautiful than Kristen if they really wanted her to be Snow White) No matter how good or bad Kristen's acting will be won't matter if she's not actually more beautiful. OMG!! I had to come in here to comment on this trailer! It's effing awesome!!! Everybody looks and sounds amazing, Charlize is so damn underrated, Thor is handsome as always and Kristen is finally playing a part that is rugged and powerful! The CG effects are also amazing!! And from what i see from pictures...this blows the gimmicky Julia Roberts version way out of the water hands down!!
