Richard Ayoade's 'Submarine' Officially Set for Release in Early June

Briefly: Has all our incessant praise and promotion of Richard Ayoade's brilliant, quirky UK indie comedy Submarine made you uncontainably anxious to see it? Well (hopefully) good news, as The Weinstein Co., who picked up the film in Toronto last year, has finally set a June 3rd release this summer (via Box Office Mojo). That will put it up against X-Men and Beginners, but it's an indie so it'll start slow and expand wide and hopefully become a huge success, which it deserves (read my review). 15-year-old Craig Roberts stars as Oliver Tate (above) with Sally Hawkins & Paddy Considine - watch the trailer. I can't wait to see it again!

really im the first to post about how awesome this news is? because this is probably my most anticipated film of this year due to the team behind it and the cast involved.
