TGB Episode 46: Oscars Schmoscars (Guest: TCFS' Fatboy Roberts)

January 25, 2011

The Golden Briefcase

On this week's episode of The Golden Briefcase, Tim and Jeremy are joined by fellow critic and podcaster Fatboy Roberts, of The Cort and Fatboy Show, to go through their Picks of the Week, the newest in DVD & Blu-Ray releases, new trailers for James Wan's Insidious and Quentin Dupieux's Rubber, the killer tire film, discuss Jeremy's recommendation of David Mamet's action-thriller Spartan from '04, and much more! The main topic of the night was this year's Oscar Nominations (being announced this morning)! The guys go over their hopefuls and what they think will get selected or snubbed come Tuesday morning. Listen below!

The Golden Briefcase is also broadcast LIVE on Tuesday nights starting at 7:30PM (PST). You can listen in via our Ustream page or by visiting our own live page right here on FS. The podcast is just as fun to listen to live while it's being recorded, with plenty of special guests, so I suggest you tune in the next time it records!
