Amanda Seyfried is Quite the 70's Bombshell on Poster for 'Lovelace'

We've alrady gotten a first look at Amanda Seyfried as the infamous porn star Linda Lovelace in the aptly titled biopic Lovelace, and even caught a glimpse at a revamped poster for her most famous adult film Deep Throat with Seyfried looking rather seductive. Now a brand new official poster for the film has surfaced, and looks straight from the cover of some sort of non-existent magazine from the 70's with an impressive cast list. For those just joining us the film follows Linda Lovelace, who is used and abused by the porn industry at the behest of her coercive husband (Peter Sarsgaard), before taking control of her life.

Here's the first poster for Rob Epstein and Jeffrey Friedman's Lovelace from Latino Review:

Rob Epstein and Jeffrey Friedman, the duo behind the Allen Ginsberg film Howl, are writing and directing Lovelace based on the life of Linda Lovelace (Amanda Seyfried), the star of Deep Throat, the most famous adult film of all-time. The film will chronicle the development of the film and the aftermath following Lovelace's sudden infamy in the porn world as she struggled with an abusive husband in the form of Chuck Traynor (Peter Sarsaard). Sarah Jessica Parker, Hank Azaria, Sharon Stone, Juno Temple, Adam Brody, Eric Roberts and many more also star in the film which currently doesn't have a U.S. release date set just yet.

Deep Throat is one of the highest grossing movies ever, adjusted, is it not? We'll never know for sure how much money it brought in, the mob were clever in their ways of hiding it. If I recall correct, the FBI claimed well over $100,000,000 at the box office. BOX OFFICE, not on homevideo. I'm sure this will only be a fotnote during the credits, but is in itself worth a movie.

      I am well aware of that.Still does not change the fact this movie is about men abusing women.I am not saying porn is evil by it self.Or people working in porn are evil or anything like that.I enjoy porn just like any normal person.Just this particular story which happens to be set in the wolrd or porn industry is about men abusing women. Maybe I am wrong and it's a clever ploy by creators to film some sweet scenes with rather attractive cast .

  In her suit to divorce Traynor, she claimed that he forced her into pornography at gunpoint, and that in Deep Throat itself, bruises from his beatings can be seen on her legs. She made the assertion that her husband "would force her to do these things by pointing an M-16 rifle at her head." Boreman wrote in her autobiography that her marriage had been plagued by violence, rape, forced prostitution and private pornography.
