Seeking Justice

"We're just a few citizens seeking justice." The first UK trailer from across the pond for the new thriller Seeking Justice had a lot of Nicolas Cage yelling, but this new trailer shows off some of the intense action in the film also featuring Guy Pearce. In the film Cage plays Will Gerard, a married man whose wife is brutally attacked. At the hospital, he's approached by Simon who proposes to have a complete stranger take care of the attacker in exchange for a favor in the future. Now Gerard finds himself in the position of dealing out justice for Simon and a group of people are hellbent on making sure he follows through. Watch!

After his wife is assaulted, a husband enlists the services of a vigilante group to help him settle the score.

Justice, originally titled Seeking Justice, is directed by veteran Australian filmmaker Roger Donaldson, of the films Sleeping Dogs, Cocktail, Cadillac Man, The Getaway, Species, Dante's Peak, Thirteen Days, The Recruit, The World's Fastest Indian and The Bank Job previously. The screenplay was written by Robert Tannen (Even Money), from a story by Todd Hickey & Tannen. This was already released in Europe, but Anchor Bay Films will be releasing Seeking Justice in the US starting on March 16th this spring. Anyone?

It was already released in the UK. It's awful, and Guy Pearce is only in it for like 5-10 minutes.

I saw this back in november & I thought the film was alright, not perfect but worth watching.

Yes I saw this in the UK, good concept, but in the end it felt like another Adjustment Bureau, Repo Men, In Time, style movie. When good concepts fall flat on there face. Ill still give it credit for not being a remake/sequel though.
