First Look: Scarlett Johansson in Gordon-Levitt's 'Don Jon's Addiction'
With the Sundance line-up announcements come the reveal of the first photos from a few films. One of them confirmed to premiere in the Premieres category in January is the feature writing and directing debut of 31-year-old actor Joseph Gordon-Levitt. We've heard about the project since it started casting earlier this year, but like many of the Sundance 2013 films, didn't expect it to be ready so soon. Scarlett Johansson co-stars in the film, along with Julianne Moore (who is not pictured), plus of course JGL himself. It's called Don Jon's Addiction and the first interesting promo photo from the film has premiered. See below.
From the Sundance 2013 announcement: Don Jon's Addiction (Director & Screenwriter: Joseph Gordon-Levitt) — In Joseph Gordon-Levitt’s charming directorial debut, a selfish modern-day Don Juan attempts to change his ways. Cast: Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Scarlett Johansson, Julianne Moore, Tony Danza, Glenne Headly, Rob Brown. The only other hint given originally is that it's a "sexy comedy about about a modern day Don Juan, and his quest to become less of a 'selfish dick.'" This should be a good one, though I'm not sure what to make of this photo. We'll keep our eyes out for more leading to its Sundance premiere.
