Melissa McCarthy

There's been a lot of male camaraderie in The Hangover franchise so far, and not much fun for any of the female cast members, except for maybe Heather Graham, but that's stretching it a little bit. Now one hilarious lady is heading to The Hangover Part III as Variety reports Melissa McCarthy (Bridesmaids) is in talks for a small role. With plot details still under wraps, except for a hint in a recent vague press release saying The Wolfpack was going on the road, it's not clear how McCarthy will come into play, but I'd be willing to bet she'll end up in the path of Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms and Zach Galifianakis at some point.

However, it's important to note that this isn't a done deal. McCarthy is very busy with her series "Mike & Molly" on CBS and several other film roles like The Heat with Sandra Bullock and Identity Theft with Jason Bateman. Warner Bros. and McCarthy are already trying to work out the logistics though and it sounds like her involvement will very likely happen. Of course, for the last go round, Liam Neeson and Mel Gibson were once supposed to take the same cameo role, but each of them fell out of the project at different points. Hopefully we'll hear more soon. The threequel arrives on May 24th, 2013.

She could be a nurse at the mental asylum where the pack has to break out Zach's character from.

I feel like if they are going to try and fit a woman in with the group at some point, she is the one of the best options
