Must Watch: Awesome UK Trailer for Rian Johnsons' Sci-Fi 'Looper'

Tomorrow we'll have a brand new US trailer for Looper, the sci-fi thriller from director Rian Johnson (Brick, The Brothers Bloom), but today, we have a treat as well as a new trailer for the film has show up across the pond. The teaser trailer already had me sold on the film (especially with that track K.I.L.L. created by Nick Murray and Mark Moore). But this new trailer gives us a little more story insight with Joseph Gordon Levitt teaming up with his future self, played by Bruce Willis, to take down the crime boss of the future known as The Rainmaker. Plus, Jeff Daniels and Emily Blunt get some lines. Watch!

Here's the new UK trailer for Rian Johnson's Looper, originally from MSN UK:

In the futuristic action thriller Looper, time travel will be invented – but it will be illegal and only available on the black market. When the mob wants to get rid of someone, they will send their target 30 years into the past, where a "looper" – a hired gun, like Joe – is waiting to mop up. Joe is getting rich and life is good... until the day they decide to "close the loop", sending back Joe's future self for assassination.

Looper is the third film from Rian Johnson following his breakout hit Brick and The Brothers Bloom after that. Looper focuses on a mobster named Joe, played by Joseph Gordon-Levitt. The movie also stars Piper Perabo, Jeff Daniels and Paul Dano. Looper hits theaters everywhere starting on September 28th this fall.

  Should've put Daniel Craig in there instead of Willis and they should've tainted JGL's hair in blond.. Not because Willis isn't good, he looks awesome. But JGL looks like freakin DANIEL CRAIG NOT WILLIS!!! What a joke. They have absolutely no facial traits in common. Makeup faux-pas aside, this looks bamboozling good baby!

Now that's a trailer. Hopefully the movie backs it up. I alwasy go back to the freakin awesome X-Men 3 trailer. Awesome as well but lamest movie yet of the franchise.
